    I would be really interested in a mix of Vlog Style and Comp Style video! We’d get a chance to see your intra session thoughts but also get a lot of technical feedback! (ie keep all the little fun personality moments from the vlog but additionally do voiceover on the climbing parts). I think that could be a breakthrough formula because it really allows your personality to shine through while also being super resourceful and informative.

    Never been one to care so much about watching sports or streams of comps. Felt nervousness for the first time watching a comp when you were in finals because I was pulling for you so hard. Congratulations, many more like that to come given the work you put in.

    Never heard you laugh that sincerely before. (:
    Felt like you were trolling your little brother.
    Looking smooth together, crushing the entire gym.

    Brah! That finals M4 top…🤯🤯🤯 So sick to see all the training, planning/prep, and hype surrounding this comp pay off in a BIG way for you man! Coming out of semis in the 6th spot and being able to climb first and pave the way on all the finals boulders made for a super exciting round!

    Congratulations on the insane performance in NAC Zach! Got a chance to watch Matt in a comp in New York last year and it's amazing how impossible his beta seems but he make it work somehow, with a manifest of strength. Would love to see more collab from you guys and wish both of you a successful comp career.

      Congratulations indeed on the second place and with 4 tops! It was obvious the mental game this time worked well after topping the first one :)
      Edit... interesting the choice of the TN pros while lately the qubit seem to be the training ones.

    Y’all r def the future !! Love the vids n just inspiring even though im no where close lol another question on hand adjustments- i notice for harder grades ( at my limit ) i tend to adjust more do u recommend just trying to stick on regardless or is some adjustments ok ie to feel more secure ? Or best to just not adjust n practice good habits ? I find it more tiring initially not to adjust lol maybe it’s mental

    • @richardsonsclimbing
      @richardsonsclimbing  10 дней назад +1

      Thanks!! Yeah imo it’s a bit of a myth that you shouldn’t adjust your grip as you become a more advanced climber. Everyone does it at all levels of climbing!

    When you guys were talking about headgame a solid book to check out is "A Confident Mind" I think anyone trying to perform at any level should read that book.
