I been watching your videos and applying all the techniques and information to my bench and at first it’s very awkward changing my whole set up from start to finish but man it made a big difference!!!! My 315 bench for 6-7 reps went to 315ibs for 8-9 reps!!!! Soooo crazy ! Thank u so much man!
Awesome Cue!!! Do you have some tips on not collapsing the arch over reps? When I film myself on sets of 4 and more from the side, i notice my range of motion gets longer and longer. The bench is sticky enough (using your tips for that).

Hey Shawn, see the comment above. Same issue of losing tightness and positioning over reps. Usually caused from over pressing the bar. Think about pressing your body away from the bar and maintain scapular retraction when pressing

Yes I do! It's all about maintaining retraction of the shoulders when you press! It's hard for me to locate the exact videos but I do have mulitple
If I get the bar to triceps I can lock it out. Off the chest sucks. Been searching for off the chest information. Thanks Sir

Just too good! I have an issue of losing lat tightness at the end of the rep on top. What would you suggest coach?
