mine is using same vacuum, but for toothbrush holder, i installed it the same way on the similar kind of wall type. but it kept fall off, even without anything put on the holder

These do not work. Tried multiple packages and different cleaning solutions. No matter what I did they kept falling off minutes later. I heard the pop when you push in but with the basket one worked and the other didn’t. I wasted 3 packages thinking I was doing something wrong. But it is the product. Some worked. Some didn’t. So disappointing. Tired of RUclips recordings showing they work when they don’t. I have white flat ceramic tiles. I used winded, vinegar and rubbing alcohol. Nothing worked. The tiles were wiped dry as instructed. They don’t work!

can you check the date? perhaps you bought very old stock?

A tip: try it with the tile wet. For me worked that way. Good luck!

I think they gave me 2 different pieces cause mine wont fit. One side is MUCH bigger than the other and nothing works.

Does anybody solve the problem of how to assemble the pieces? The video shows an item from 2019. I bought it yesterday, it has a different packaging and seems something does not wortk with its pieces. The instructions sheet do not help. I never had such problems with an Ikea article before.

I was about to return it or complain because I can't get mine to stick. Now I realize my sucking cups never sounded "click", probably because I lack the strength to push them so hard. I'm gonna try again! Maybe that's the simple solution and it's not that the thing's broken, it's just that I lack strength to push it hard enough!! Thanks for this tutorial.
