I've actually been looking at them honestly. Might pick one up this summer.

Coming from a Kona 1.6 Turbo with similar specs for 0-60, I can tell you this is MILES ahead of that (that torque and silence from the engine are *chef's kiss*)

Nice video. However, some of your information was incorrect. Not every Bolt has gotten a battery replacement. GM decided to replace less than 25% of those sold worldwide. The rest were given an option. 1. Buy back from GM, if you qualify. 2. Accept the software update, and a check for the inconvenience. Most checks were around $200-$300. 3. A new battery. GM still claims that it was all LG’s fault. They have never taken any responsibility for it. I only know because in the beginning of November 2020, I test drove a used 2017 Bolt 2LT, and fell in love. I didn’t want to buy it from that dealer, so I dragged my feet for a few days trying to find one elsewhere. When I couldn’t find another elsewhere, I reluctantly agreed to buy it. Mind you, nothing to do with the car, just the dealership that was selling it. Right as I was about to go in to sign and buy it, GM issued a “stop sale” across the nation for all Bolts, no matter of the year. Sadly I never bought one. Now I’m looking at potentially buying a used EV from Hertz. But a bit scared to buy from them as I’ve never experienced that kind of purchase before.

I wish you had went over in detail what the package options gave you say in the Driver Confidence packages, and what you would still lack with the standard Premier Trim:

Isn't it the same platform as the Trax?

It's derived from the Gamma II platform, but has been heavily modified for the application.
