@thedelcodave thanks. The tractor looks awesome. Love the darker grey. I have a 59-35M. One owner barn kept. She's pretty clean. Water pump is going out on her. Getting ready for a new installation. Thanks for the information.
Thanks. I have had a lot of fun with this little tractor. As soon as the weather cools I will be getting the cold start heater plug system operational.
Are you talking about the seal between the hood and the dash? That was purchased on Amazon it's called rubber edge trim u channel size .16 inch. The steering wheel dust boot is part number 890357m1 purchased on eBay.
Back in '66 we inherited one of these tractors and my dad immediately fell in love with it. It was so handy yet powerful. It could handle a 3 furrow plow and an 8 ft two way dick harrow. If we switched the rear wheels around and opened up the front axle to widen the stance, we could rowcrop cultivate as well. The front end loader we had for the 8N ford could even fit on it as well as the mounted hay mower. WOW
That is awesome. I do not have any land yet but I hope one day to put this beautiful tractor back to work in a field. Good to know it will handle a 3 furrow plow.
Paint is all about the prepwork. Lots of hours sanding. Spend money on good paint. I ended up using automotive paint with clearcoat so it would last and not fade over time. All the Grey parts were sprayed with a high quality single stage automotive paint.
Hello sir, i have the same tractor Massey Ferguson 35 same mask and motor, from an unknown year of production. It is imported and i want to know how much kilowatts is it? There aren't any marks, thank you.
My research showed that a made in England 35 from that serial number should be the darker grey. The US made ones were all lighter grey and the later England ones were the lighter grey. It's amazing how many different variations of colors were used over the years.

Very nice job! I was wondering where you got the rubber seal that goes around the dash. I’ve been searching for 6 months with no luck.

Awesome job better than new what is the color name # of the red? thanks
Thankyou! The color is old Massey Ferguson Red. I found a Dupont paint code RS904 should be really close to the original paint used from 1957-1965
I have a MF65 Mk2, she’s gon be resprayed soon, we painted the rims but they aren’t very shiny any idea how to get a nice shiny tin work?

Pretty sure MF35s are supposed to have the lighter grey but it looks sick :)
