What an important message. I've noticed that whenever I'm working towards a goal after the initial period of enthusiasm it becomes more of a stressful task which eventually leads me to giving up. I have to learn to incorporate these practices to stay consistent and on track!

I liked this video a lot, and basically, it reaches me at the right time. I like the whole video, especially the detachment and contentment parts. As you said, this technique is applicable in all different areas of life, but I feel like it works more when you are attracting material things like money, a house, a job, etc. But I feel like it's a bit of a different process if you want to attract the right people in your life, like a life partner or friends. I would love it if you made another manifestation video in terms of attracting or getting the desired or right sort of people..

I have to manifest a happy dream relationship with a particular specific person. I tried scripting , but no results yet. I Major problem is I can't visualise the scenario in my mind. Whenever I try to visualise I get some another thoughts in between it. I can't visualise a clear picture of my dream and can't put my emotions in it to make the shift happen in reality. Yar to be honest I haven’t tried subliminals. Toh without trying cannot comment ki effective hai ya nahi. The manifestation techniques i spoke about in the video work for me to aise didn’t ever feel the need to try subliminals
