    Jay Cutler is for me the most inspiring bodybuilder of all time. Still looking great. Always humble and passionate about the sport. His 2009 quad stomp pose is the greatest pose of all time! You’re the man Jay!

    I don’t understand how so many of these veteran pro bodybuilders get away with so much swinging motion and momentum and fast rep speed on negative. Obviously, there is chemical enhancement, but to become Mr. Olympia, with what I would regard as B- form, at best, proves the power of genetics.

    Know what I love about Jay, and other pros too? They cheat and aren't shy about it. Nothing wrong with some swinging to move heavy weight.

      Thing is, these guys know how to contract their muscles. If a newbie does this he wouldnt necessarily get full stimulus. Someone trained that can put tension on the muscle in a restricted range of motion? Totally doable.

    Thanks again Jay👏🏼, I Just wind a weighted rope up and down a bar best Forearm burn I've ever felt, simple pole with a hole in, thread the rope through tie an 8kg weight on and use expressive movements up and down rinse and repeat, so much better than reverse curls where weight can be limited.
    I've taken my home made one to the gym, and had big guys 👀🔥burning up just doing it for 3 constant up downs, don't knock it till you try it.💪🏼

    Fractured my arm at the elbow, the nerves are damaged, still have some pain and my wrist won’t turn and let me curl as I should. These excercises are working. 👍💪

    Great to get tips like this from someone like jay.
    Obviously jay is what he is, one of the best bb ever but I am always shocked at his form. He always swings and uses momentum but hey it seemed to have worked for him somehow!!

    I like behind the back wrist curls with an Olympic bar or let the bar hang over on a bench press and curl upwards and letting it go down to your fingertips

    Hell yeah brachialis training for the win but those pronated grip curls are really targeting the brachioradialis! Which originates deep to the brachialis.
