Jay Cutler is for me the most inspiring bodybuilder of all time. Still looking great. Always humble and passionate about the sport. His 2009 quad stomp pose is the greatest pose of all time! You’re the man Jay!
Thanks again Jay👏🏼, I Just wind a weighted rope up and down a bar best Forearm burn I've ever felt, simple pole with a hole in, thread the rope through tie an 8kg weight on and use expressive movements up and down rinse and repeat, so much better than reverse curls where weight can be limited. I've taken my home made one to the gym, and had big guys 👀🔥burning up just doing it for 3 constant up downs, don't knock it till you try it.💪🏼
Thing is, these guys know how to contract their muscles. If a newbie does this he wouldnt necessarily get full stimulus. Someone trained that can put tension on the muscle in a restricted range of motion? Totally doable.
Fractured my arm at the elbow, the nerves are damaged, still have some pain and my wrist won’t turn and let me curl as I should. These excercises are working. 👍💪
Much L💚VE to my tops of Favorite BodyBuilders of all Time ! The one thee only Jay damn Cutler baby ! Such an inspiration to the fitness community ! You rock Jay ! Keep maintaining that Brick ShitHouse physique my G ! 🐉
I don’t understand how so many of these veteran pro bodybuilders get away with so much swinging motion and momentum and fast rep speed on negative. Obviously, there is chemical enhancement, but to become Mr. Olympia, with what I would regard as B- form, at best, proves the power of genetics.
Great to get tips like this from someone like jay. Obviously jay is what he is, one of the best bb ever but I am always shocked at his form. He always swings and uses momentum but hey it seemed to have worked for him somehow!!
@@syndicalistspeedsolver Actually hammer curls really target the brachialis and the brachioradialis. By the way why do you think an Olympia winning bodybuilder needs you to explain to him how to lift weights?
Awesome Jay. I'll be implementing this tomorrow. Thank you Jay. Also, your training looks like it's going amazing. You look better than most bodybuilders already. Either way, you're a legend for many reasons. Your personality is just one of them.
I like behind the back wrist curls with an Olympic bar or let the bar hang over on a bench press and curl upwards and letting it go down to your fingertips
Old man? He has trained the same way his whole career. He has always responded to getting that mind muscle connection and just really getting a pump. Not so much focused on super strict form just because someone else says so. It obviously works for him, he's a body building legend.
Reverse Cable Curls really made my forearms look insane and made them look more vascular, did these for a couple months and now i can reverse curl more than i what i could with a normal grip, shouodve done normal grip aswell but im doing that now
I’ve been doing chin-ups lately and let me say, my biceps been looking juicy. Only downside to these is the next day I’ll be walking like a t-Rex because of how sore I am
Hell yeah brachialis training for the win but those pronated grip curls are really targeting the brachioradialis! Which originates deep to the brachialis.
Jay has got to be one of the healthiest looking ex bodybuilders I’ve ever seen
Totally agree, his advice is spot-on. And he looks f****** fantastic, he's over 50 now right?
@@jakeherterdude is 50 and looks great!
Most people running his dosages would be crippled or dead by now. This man looks like he could still take on the world
You're the man, Jay! Still killing it!
Always inspiring! Thank you Jay 💪🏻

Great cues Jay. Your style from the cut above days is the same as today. You have never wavered. Respect sir.
Dude, Jay still looks absolutely fantastic.

Know what I love about Jay, and other pros too? They cheat and aren't shy about it. Nothing wrong with some swinging to move heavy weight.

Jay Cutler is a good man. A great addition to the bodybuilding community. I like his commentary

🤣🤣🤣
He's swinging more than a married couple at a Halloween party!
Thank you jay been a fan since I was kid I grabbed a magazine from borders muscular development and been hooked on the look ever since
Hell yeah Jay! Huge fan of reverse curls and I like the rope hammer curls too always a solid go-to
Fractured my arm at the elbow, the nerves are damaged, still have some pain and my wrist won’t turn and let me curl as I should. These excercises are working. 👍💪

You’re the man, hammer curls are a great way to strengthen brachialils and brachialradalis (my bad for spelling error btw lol)
Thanks keep it coming

or your beliefs about what “proper” form is, are entirely arbitrary

i get an insane pump in my forearms from hammer curls defo one of my favs
So time under tension, proper technique and high intensity has gone out the window.
Thank you sir 👏👏
You swing the hell outta those arms Jay! 😂 Thanks for the tips tho
Lol yeah Right? That's Exactly what I wad thinking! 😆
@franciscoramirez4179 yea elbows getting more work than the biceps. 🤣 He's old school tho that's the way they used to get down
Its not a competition lift the whole point of the exercise is to get a forearm pump
@@liamconverse8950 Hammers are for biceps not forearms and you shouldn't be pump training
@@syndicalistspeedsolver Actually hammer curls really target the brachialis and the brachioradialis. By the way why do you think an Olympia winning bodybuilder needs you to explain to him how to lift weights?
You look great Jay. Super healthy compared to other past Mr. Olympians.
Hammer curl, my favorite 😍
Great advice!
Yess sir 💪🏽
Thank you. My forearms are lacking size. Gonna try this for sure.

Lol nice. But why so much swinging and momentum with those hammer curls? Those weights are too small to be doing all that haha
Agree
Dude working his quads in the first, back in the second.. when does jay train arms?!?
I close my eyes, and I hear Peter Griffin
