- 'B**locks': Channel 4 guest swears live on air in response to Jacob Rees-Mogg claims. Gillian Tett - Chair of the Financial Times' Editorial Board in the US - was live on Wednesday, being asked on her views about the Jacob Rees-Mogg's insistence that the Government's mini-Budget fiasco was 'not necessarily' to blame for the meltdown on financial markets. As Gillian wrapped up her analysis, the camera was back at the studio, where Krishnan said: 'Not sure we're allowed to say that so I'm sorry if you were offended.' Later the broadcast showed the presenter as he perused regulator Ofcom's rules regarding the word.

Mr Guru-Murthy initially apologised for the use of the bad language, before he appeared to backtrack by insisting the word was defensible under Ofcom rules.
What a Prat
Least he corrected himself tho
A week later he’s calling MP’s c*nts live on air. Interesting
Describing things is difficult. She used the right word.
If you think that is cursing you would be clutching your pearls around these parts.
Sometimes there is just no more appropriate word.
I thought the F bomb got dropped the way the title read, when in reality what was said wasn't all that bad.
They want the clicks
Her expression when the Minister for the 19th Century is mentioned says it all.
Hey she's eloquent enough without using base language, however most of what Rees-Mogg says is pretty much bollox!
Like most opinions....yours smells of bullshlt too
Agree with you. And there's a time and place to up your language when you are exasperated, that time is now with this government
Well I'm horrified. I'll probably wet my bed tonight.
Very accurate, we need more people to tell Truss and co that everything they say is a load of testicles.
You're a class act Gill
Best interview in 3weeks
Did that really need to be bleeped out?
Kris now suspended for swearing gahaha
That’s not a swear word.
Well it is in the united kingdom
@@sovietunionball1290 Blimey! What tiny, sheltered, bijou part of the UK are you in?!!
@@sovietunionball1290 it is termed as vulgar, thats all.
No one was offended it is the truth !!
Although pretty mild profanity it's great to hear some plain speaking instead of the usual political double talk.
I agree with you! It shows she's down to earth and a realist, rather than this government who are all privileged oxbridge graduates living in ivory towers!
Bill Hooks As The Two Ronnies sketch put it.
Four candles.
Bo*****s is not swearing. Learn some English before you claim to be a journalist
Yep, this pearl-clutching is ridiculous.
Yet you censor it. Interesting
@@MrSqurk Interesting observation! Though this is a different platform. It can get a wee bit squirmy about all sorts of wurds.
Offended well done Gillian they are all corrupt and dirty so stop covering no harm was done
Never mind the Bullocks!
We have to hope that the residents of North East Somerset have enough sense to put pressure on the local ‘swivel eyed loon ‘ activists and het Rees-Mogg deselected.
He’s disgustingly dishonest and utterly unhinged.
Try living in Holland, there are absolutely no rules here. Presenters even swear in English all the time. The F word is common parlance here, even the Prime minister Rutte used it in an interview. When you swear in another man's language, it doesn't mean the same to one as if you swear in your mother tongue.
tbh, that’s my response to 99% of what I see on msm
It wasn't the budget......ITS THE WHOLE ROTTEN SYSTEM
Fast forward a few days he gets fired for using very strong language
Mogg is a disgrace
BULLOCKS indeed !!!!
Is that a swear?
Yes and no. It is a mild swearword, and I use it quite a lot.
No
It’s as much of a swear as “bloody”
@@MrSqurk Argh! You used the "s***t" word! How could you?
@@pineapplepenumbra Haha, I can’t even figure out what word you censored.
economists and politicians aren't skilled or honest enough to design our economic systems and policies. they aaim low because they don't have the interest or ambition to make things fair for everyone.. because then grift wont pay as well
