Hi all I tried this recipe. Everyone loved it. The dough didn't rise and I was worried. But the the end product was delicious. I don't know why the dough didn't rise. It wasn't like pizza dough but rather flaky heavy pastry like texture Turned out tooooo good.
@@xoxocharul4143 I guess the yeast wasn't active ..that was the first time I didn't add yeast directly on top of the flour. The liquid didn't look like the one shown in the video after 10 minutes.
I don't think that anybody has noticed the flour that made the chef's sleeves dirty...this is the very small but still an important thing to be maintained for the chefs like you people.... It can be seen in the video while the chef is applying butter on the baking tray.... I'm not taunting u but saying just because i have seen masterchef season 6 (india) and all the judges used to shout at participants for this thing... I'm a big fan of you people... Made this today for iftaar.... the dough was really soft and hard to handle so I added 1 cup extra flour...... the filling was really good but a little salty so I’ll reduce the salt if I make this again..... the rolls were good but not as fluffy and soft as in the video

Happened once with me too, when i checked there was no manufacturing or expiration date on the yeast . Eeeks . Better luck next time
