Just happened on to this vid because of a visit I made to Santabarbara and Montecito in 2000 and can certainly agree to it's fantasy like living . However what I recall more vividly was the stunning attractiveness of the women in general and a memorable concert given by none other than Brian Wilson one night and being seated only a few feet from Jeff Bridges ! I mean talk about 'California Dreaming' for a Canadian from the great white north !
Once I become rich add me to the neighborhood.. people just don’t realize how beautiful life is until they take a trip up the 101:)) Ventura to the redwoods.. best scenic drive in America
You're exactly right. I cant imagine too many prettier drives in the world than this one. Its magnificent. I also found that the most LA vibe was in santa barbara, montecito and ventura. Just amazingly quiet, beautiful and laid back.

I lived in SB from 1979 to 2018. Only the very best Had to leafve due to lose of my house in Montecito Thanks for this. I
