So I found this video from my home reccomandatiom page and just after it cristiano ronaldo related video was there and it said, Cristiano Ronaldo is the problem and then if I make a parallell to this video I can see that cr7's mom also tried to kill him when he was about to be born since they were poor and didn't want another child so she tried to drink alot of beer and run and die but she was unsuccessful which is obvious, I think youtube has became really scary or is it just by chance, I don't know.

I met the first kind of girl few months ago. She approached me at first. She was all over me, giving me full attentions, messaging and calling every other day. She wasnt objectively beuatiful but she sounded smart, fun and intelligent. Gradually, i started liking her and giving effort from my side. I too started messaging and calling her. But then she started kind of ignoring or putting in less to no effort. She was rarely contacting me, it was always mr who initiated it. She started showing i dont care attitude. It made me question myself, what i did wrong, does she thinks now that I'm not good enough, i was self analyzing and self doubting.
Meanwhile, I was going with my own issues in life, I couldn't take no more bullshit, so instead of pursuing her, I just cut her off completely from my life. Later, she tried to contact me but i didn't respond.
Now I'm glad I got out of it before it was too late.
It happens. Even boys do it! I question my sanity too, bcoz he suddenly goes cold-shoulder!
But I guess, it's normal for some people. They can stay emotionally distant while some simply can't!!

She tortured me mentally, destroy my peace and confidence, made me feel that nobody can ever love me bcz who I am , always shout on me, argument with me everyday sometimes physical fight , constant comparison , she always degrade me in front of others and gain sympathy. Oh my God! This is exactly my experience with one of my ex bestfriend. I can relate to everything you said and I feel so sorry for you. I was traumatized for a very long period. Although I am now over all that toxicity and nightmares, I am still hesitant to befriend someone new and I mostly now prefer staying alone. Narcissistic people are not only bad for their partner but everyone who gets close or attached to them.

In 2010, my mother died and I was just 8yrs old. 2 years later and my father married again so that I can grow up with a mother. But almost a year later, she became very abusive and used to harm me physically and mentally, and that too only when my father left for the office. I never complained or told anything to father whatever was going on with me bcz he was already very stressed out of his work. So to say, I never really spent time with my father. In 2013, I was blessed with a sister, and as she grew up, my mom became very biased in between us, she used to beat me at very small mistakes and made me clean the complete house after my father left for work. Even if I did tell anything to my father, the next day, she used to beat me even more. I was so lost and didn't know what to do, so i decided to end my life, in 8th standard, I swallowed half the bottle of harpic but it didn't kill me, just made me sick, also I once tried to jump off the building but couldn't do. Now I'm 21 and still my relationship with my mother has never improved, sometimes she is very nice to me, and sometimes she is just completely narcissistic. I don't know what's gonna happen ahead but after watching this video, I understood what my mom's personality is all about 🙂

I broke up with my gf and dropped out of college in my 4th semester because we were classmates. She was very controlling. She . disrespected in front of our friends. She used to get physical close to every other boy of our class although I told her not to get close and don't let anyone come close to you. And specifically with those 4 boys with whom I had some kind of rivalry. We had a farewell coming soon. There was a plan for dance as well for girls only, boys only and couple dance. I asked her to do couple dance together but she refused saying I don't wanna do couple dance.
After few days me and my gf were in dance rehearsal class watch others dancing. And suddenly she stood up, went in front and started rehearsal couple dance with the boy with whom I had rivalry. Everyone was laughing by looking at me. I wanted to stop their dance rehearsal but something inside me stopped me from doing that. I was sitting infront of her but she didn't even made an eye contact with me like I wasn't there. So, I went out took my bag from class and went straight to home. She didn't even text or call me asking me where went. So next day I texted her to meet out of college. I confronted her. She started justifying her actions. After hearing her I understood she won't understand my feelings. So we broke up and i dropped out.

15:05 that was me totally, my dad never has treated my mom well, may be some time but mostly he is bossing around, when we were younger he would hit my mother who never did wrong to him instead when he did mistakes and even worst outside my would come to his rescue, so while growing up i always felt that i would protect my mother and give all the love to a girl who loves me, what my mother didn't recieve from my father i will give to her, all the respect, love etc.. but my girlfriend instead took me for granted and cheated on me even after 4 years of being true and honest, treated her like a daughter lot of times, like a friend, like my whole world but still got cheated... My grandmother, she is a narcissistic person in my family. she did a lot of terrible things to my mother, father, grandfather and her mother-in-law. She has grown old now and has lost her dominance in our family as the power dynamics have shifted from her to my father and two uncles. Even now she tries to have a sense of control over my grandfather, because my grandfather is the only person with whom my grandmother has the freedom to argue and control him. My grandfather is living in hell (not so... serious but still😂). Whenever they interact, a fight breaks out.

As a woman, I agree with every word you said...
Fortunately for me, I was exposed to medicine (colloquially psychology+psychiatry) from a very young age because my mother has a medical background... I also ended up becoming a crazy reader (my words), so i self-taught on multiple issues ranging from history, sciences to human behaviour, animal behaviour, etc. I have always tried to keep myself in check with regards to my behaviour to people around me..
There was a time where i was carefree, but as i grew up i realised a simple thing, 'what we say or do might have a profound impact on someone around us'. So be it a lady or a man, I have tried to keep my interactions very pleasant as much as possible.
Simple things like having simple, basic manners, or trying to understand where the other person is coming from, or being courteous to people around you (especially people who are at an disadvantage than you, (eg. certain community helpers) help to keep drama away from your life and weed out individuals who might not appreciate what you are doing (read, the narcissists).
I was also on the luckier side to be in a girl group growing up in the 2010's who did not indulge in show-off and just liked to help each other. Also had good guy-gang friendships who supported each other without any competitions.
Now years later, I'm raising my own 4 yr-old kids, a boy and a girl and I'm teaching them exactly all that is in this video and more through little examples. I don't shame my boy for 'crying like a girl', this does not mean he can get away with crying, when he is wrong he is explained why what he said/did was wrong. I don't tell my girl to not jump around and do boyish things like carrying heavy stuff, this does not mean she is being told to not ask for help when something is tough. When I see the world around me and all the toxicity in it, i feel God has gifted me this duo to try to bring some balance. I hope i teach them to be graceful to others and also to raise their voice in the correct places. I have even shifted to teaching and mentoring kids around and try to train them too about such behaviour, be it a boy-child or a girl-child.
The best we can do in today's world is to read, cultivate your mind and body, take care of your family and yourself and very importantly stay off social media (that is another whole thing about appearances making you feel down, so you try to put up a show and slowly you end up becoming a showy person). Also try to stay away from the wave of 'Americana' which is influencing our young generation very negatively. That country has gone off the track completely. Society is a joke there and the lifestyle isn't that great for a large amount of the population. India is greater, mera Bharat much more mahan (esp. culturally, the backbone of any society).
Our country itself is great and it is our job to make it a better place for the next generation. Remember, the world/Earth belongs to our children, we have to give it to them as a better place, not a place full of toxicity be it in behaviour/society or resources.

Wow such wise words ma'am. I am a woman too but I haven't read in detail about psychology and such but I observe from people, from movies, documentaries of real crime thrillers and criminals, stories, I like to dig more about such personalities and learn about why do they do and also to keep myself in check if I am having any toxic traits or thoughts. And also this made me learn basics and I can now be able to notice toxicity in people around me or who approach me be it from any gender or even from my family. I also take mental notes and marks in my mind what not to do. Yes I understand your valuable insights and they really mean a lot. Sometimes I overanalyze and it gets exhaustive though but I overcome it in sometime. But humans, their personalities, psyches and vast human experiences, vulnerabilities.... people should read more to be aware of fundamentals and to grow out from gullible mindsets.
P.S. 😅 I actually avoid Big Boss shows from all languages because of too much drama and their overly loud and dramatic voices. I've always avoided those shows besides knowing I could see mind games and how those would be playes visually on screens. But my bad I just cannot sit through these even for over 5 minutes.
