Agree with everything except the bins. It's actually unhygienic and unhealthy to keep bins in a cabinet. It will cause mold, plus spills that are not noticed on time to clean, which can cause cross-contamination and make you sick. You can also get smells that can get into the cabinet material and even your stored food, plus attract all kinds of bugs and stuff you don't want in a kitchen.
