To help with morning sickness. Keep a small snack on your nightstand and if you wake up in the middle of the night take a few bites. Most of my sickness came because I had nothing in my stomach. So if you can get a little snack in sometime in the night it may help with the nausea first thing in the morning.

I did that combination of b12 and unisom while I was pregnant. I absolutely had to do it at night because I work a desk job (at home) and I had to leave work to go to sleep! I couldn’t even keep my eyes open. But it helped me get some good sleep at night once I switched to taking it at night 😂
Pregnancy nausea is terrifying for me 😢 never been pregnant

FYI whenever you decide to stop taking the unisom +b6, make sure you stop slowly...I didn't know you can end up having withdrawal symptoms, which was not helpful when trying to determine if I still needed to take it or not 🙃
