Looks like you did similar to us with planting and the Dewitt fabric. We learned that it works well year one. The next year primacanes wont have space to come up, they try and sprout under the fabric. We ended up filling the fabric back in year 2.5.
Did I miss what variety thornless you planted?

@@DeanFamilyAcres yes I figured I would have to cut back some of the plastic once it starts growing well. You didn’t miss what variety because I forgot to mention, and now I can’t remember, lol. I’m on year two with the Dewitt and looks the same as the first year. I really like it!!!! Thanks for watching!!!
