When I try to launch game, it imidiatly closes. I have virus protection off aswell.

For others who have same problem: It turned out that the Windows warning message dialog box didn't pop up or just for a split second, the one that warns you about only running software that you trust. We don't know why this happened. Must be some Windows bug, maybe faulty update or whatever.
Solution/workaround: Install it through Itch app. Then there are no warning messages.

Set them in main menu and then activate with # button on control panel.

yes, all updates will be available eventually, just not with multiplayer probably
