    You have done an amazing work. I am a regular viewer of Kings and General, Epic History TV, Historymarch but I never got content regarding Indian scenario. Your animation is good and yes it will become better with time(with increased subscribers and resources to put it back in high quality animation). But even right now, it is fantastic. 👌👌👌

    How did much smaller countries gather the courage of attacking such a large country?

  • @tintunbirha
    @tintunbirha 2 года назад +2

    Your video does not answer the many questions in the comments section.i.e 1. Why were we late 2. Why so defensive? etc.
    I think you should make a video of the fight BEFORE J&K merged with India and how the state of J&K fought till they decided to merge with India. This will be to explain the precarious position of the state and how the king decided to merge with India and the battles there after.

    • @Aryan-iu9ck

      We were late because maharaja wanted kashmir to be independent state, and indian we're okay with that.
      But when Pakistan invaded kashmir, he was left with no other option but to take help from India 🇮🇳 our pride.

    • @IndianMilitaryHistory
      @IndianMilitaryHistory  2 года назад

      Thank you for your question. Just watch part 1 and 2 of the 47 series, it literally answers those questions. October 22 to October 27 ,1947 where j and k state forces tried to defend against the invasion. The sacrifice of Brigadier Rajinder Singh MVC during that period etc ..

    • @tintunbirha
      @tintunbirha 2 года назад

      @@IndianMilitaryHistory I will watch them. But long ago I had read of the heroic defending by the Kashmir army delaying rhe advance till India took over.
      The awards given were not MVC etc ( I.e Indian awards) but those of Kashmir.

    Plundering, looting, lack of flank security... that's what the Pakistani leadership should expect when using undisciplined irregular troops. That they rely on them to conduct a blitzkrieg is something that baffle me.

    Would you deny the role your buddy Mounbatten played in it ? You dont know that Menon not only delivered the Instrument of Accession related to Pakistan/ India Accession to the Hindu Maharaja but also an Ultimatum to Accede to India and rescue (Military Air-Lift)would be on the way in a few hours of losing all contained in it as well ? Why Mountbatten assumed the role of Supreme Commander from that of Governor General as stated by a member of his staff? And in the words of Geroge Cunningham , Messervy was surprised to see Dickie Mountbatten directing the military operations on Kashmir !! Wont you give Mountbatten, the credit he deserves for the mischief done in 1947 !!
