I had Covid twice and hubby had it 3 times. (We are both in our 60's) His first time, he had it for 5 weeks and I did not catch it (he has heart disease). The other two, I caught it, (I have Asthma and COPD, I never smoked) but I was never as sick as he was. My first time, I was sick for two weeks. My second time, I was sick for one week. Both times, we both took vitamin D. Hubby had all vaccines which were Pfizer. I took 3 vaccines which were Moderna. My last was July 2022. I will not take any more as I have had too many complications. I had heart swelling and everything hurt, especially my heart. I have been having so many problems. The pain just stopped on Tuesday. Oh my gosh, I feel so much better now, 6 months later! Just by discontinuing the vaccines. Thank you so much for the information.

When a friend was very sick and went to, I think it was Rambam hospital, during the Delta wave, they gave him Vitamin D. (he went home in 1-2 days).

Our family got on large doses of vitamin D3/K2 at the start of the pandemic. 10,000 IU daily. None of us have ever had Covid. We haven't even had a cold in all this time.
BTW, the weekly 50,000 D2 that doctors prescribe may not work. Better to take daily doses.
