I love your videos. I use them almost daily and I’m up to my 39th week of pregnancy. The only thing is you move through the poses so quickly I find myself pausing the video so so often to really get the stretch or breath I need and to move calmly to the next position. A little more “zen” in your videos and they would be perfect for me. Otherwise, love it. Thank you for sharing

Hi Jessica, thank you again and again. Just one suggestion: i think it's important to tell women to get a pelvic floor evaluation before starting doing kegels. I did and in my case, they recommended me to first do relaxation exercicies for like 2 weeks because I had some tensions that kegels would make it worse at that stage. I think it's important not to encourage woman to do kegels just because. Just a suggestion. I love your videos!

Why do you discourage Kegels after 36 weeks? I haven’t been able to find any information about this, so if you have articles, I would love to see them! I would like to use kegels to maintain my urinary health through the last weeks of pregnancy, as long as it is safe.
Wondering if you could do a yoga video with back openers. As 2and trimester comes around it gets a bit harder to breath sometimes. Baby's are moving up and lungs get squished. Wondering if that is possible
