If you are looking for a Tsunade type character in Bleach ... there are a lot of candidates actually. The one-armed fireworks lady would also fit. The lady that runs the odd job service Ichigo works at too. Up until you get to the Steinritter Arc, Captain Mom (Retsu Unohana) is also a good candidate. After the big reveal though... well maybe you could still think of Captain Unhoana as even more Tsunade like? Or not at all.

Everyone has they’re own preferences my best guess is bleach either had a unique idea that’s hard to put into words. Either that or they most likely didn’t have good translators or would rather go with the ways of spiritualism, among other stuff meaning it’s more of a faith based near spiritual type show with each encounters making it pretty confusing. Ofcourse everyone does have they’re preference and I may study bleach in moderate detail but it does have promise never saw it from childhood douh.

I finded the soul society kinda messy. Do all souls go to it? Because in that case the place Is small. Otherwise are other soul societies there with different cultures or región traditions? Because this Is a japanesse as it get. The soul society have investigators so they are always finding new tech.. even when the place look like Is years behind at least in architech design. Etc

Bleach is… a lot more a “2nd rate series” than actually good. It’s not very unique at what it does, being actually just a copy of it’s predecessors, nor does it compete well with multitudes of newer series. It does have something very good in it as well. Albeit it is just 10 to 20 percent of it overall. Edit: Why does it have a large fanbase then? It is unsure how many of the vast fanbase sees this similarly but I bet it’s more than 50 percent.
