    Love the cooking classes on how to do it right. All your videos are universal, if that makes sense. Something everyone can relate with. Let me know when the land next door is for sale, I want to be your guy's neighbor for sure.

      I’ve never use granulated molasses before. But I think as long as you make sure it’s all liquid in the end should be fine. Good luck friend.

    So when you use the liquid smoke for the pork belly, does that mean you don't have to smoke it? I have pork belly but don't have a smoker, it's on the list of projects. The blueberry sauce looks good but can you use something else instead of Bourbon, we don't drink and besides I was going to get some to make vanilla but it is so expensive to buy here. It would have been the most expensive vanilla around so I just stick to the cheap vodka.

    • @FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska
      @FlatTireFarmHomesteadingAlaska  Год назад +1

      Hey neighbor friend! After you cure the meat with salt and sugar for the allotted number of days, you can brush or mist the meat with liquid smoke. You can cut it with water or oil to make it go overcall the meat. Its a very small amount you need. Like 1/4 t per pound. I googled it 🤪 For the bourbon, Reeve says you can skip the bourbon or use cheap spiced rum. Have a great weekend friend. ❤️

    No 5 gallons this time? Aww shucks. Bourbon? That sauce sounds so good! I love the color, too. That little guy would be a great Xmas present. Hint. Lol. Firewood from the big guy. Bacon! My favorite meat! Lobster and green and pink apron. I'm not getting into that one. Lol. I love to hear you two picking and joking with each other. "Livestock" salt. Sweet cheeks. No #2. Johnny 5 is alive. I loved that movie. The fat is the best part. Meat nectar. Lol. I like that tiny spoon. Where'd you get it? That's a NO, but you ate it anyways. Lol! And Reeve eats more so he can couch. Black lagoon. Feed that to the animals. Stay safe my friends ☺️
