    Hi. Thanks again. I found that after cutting onions, keep the root end intact and wrap it in foil instead of putting it in a container or wrapping in plastic wrap. it works really well for weeks, really weeks. if the end is cut off it gets icky in about a week. end on, lasted 3 1/2 -4 weeks.., and it doesn't smell..except when I forget it and it turns into slush with the rest of my peppers etc that I also forgot. then I have fun day of cleaning the entire veggie drawer.

      Wow! We've never heard of using foil for storing onions...will definitely try it out. Thanks for sharing.

    Hey can you please give some information on how to restore Curry leaves, mint leaves, coriander.. any leaves - how to keep them fresh for future use and how to restore them please🙏

    I have a good tip for ginger- scrap the skin off, cut into desired sizes, put them in a glass jar filled with water. Keep them in the fridge . Make sure to change the water every week. They stay fresh for long
