I am in the United States. Do you have a name for your green chilies that you use in Indian recipes? I've been looking for something that looks similar to what you use in our American Market and not been able to find it. Or what name should I ask four at the Indian market we have here in town I've never been there yet
Yes, we are in Frisco TX and sorry, don't have a name for these - they are available at all the South Asian Grocery Stores - just ask for green chillies 😊 Happy cooking!
My friend's grandma used to make this for me when I was a kid. She would also add black mustard seeds with looked appealing and there would be an occasional crisp which was nice

But there are a few reasons we are doing these - so that we can still maintain our distance and do our part to flatten the curve and also most of these videos are re-dos from our old videos, which are in low definition and we have not really changed anything in the original recipe AND there is a generation out there that prefers quick, short and fast videos 🤷🏽♀️.....but having said all that, we will not stop being in the videos when we can.
