Hi Hetal and Anuj, I had not herald of Dudhi or lauki bharata before. Due to Covid-19, I couldn't go to Indian store so ordered chayote squash from my American grocery store and made it! It came out yummy. Let me see if I can post picture of mine!

Lauki is too mushy for me Prefer to cut it into small chunks. Also top with cilantro leaves
