Well we had the Big Ham Party last night, following Allison's basics with over 20 people, who of course brought all kinds of additional goodies. The NY Sour made it about half way through the party, after which the mob drank everything in sight. The 12 pound ham still has at least four pounds remaining, perfect for Christmas Day during a blizzard. Huge Thanks! We'll do this again
Served your ham to visiting family last night. Everyone agreed that this is the best ham we’ve ever had. I got a whole ham from Publix. We are having leftover sandwiches today. Served with a bread machine adapted version of your dilly rolls. We will use this rub on other things. Thank you so much.

I can’t begin to tell you how excited I was yesterday when the newsletter arrived announcing the Ham Party!! I ran out to get the best, most luxe ham I could find, brought it home and waited for this day and you did not disappoint. One thing I was very happy to see today was the choice of small rolls because those were not on the paper plate blueprint featured yesterday. The gorgeous punch was an added bonus and I always keep Makers Mark on hand so I am now ready to get busy. Wickles are some of my favorite pickles that I highly recommend, so I added those to the buffet list with everything else. Thank you so much Alison for this terrific video and I hope you have a wonderful holiday season!! (Your ham cut like buttah, hope mine does, too!)
