Take a quick look around a 1 bed apartment in District 2, Saigon. Good value for 10.5tr/$450??🤔
$450 is a great deal with that view of the Saigon river. The apartment looks clean and well set up. 2 baths is great too.
Yes it was a good deal, hard to find deals like that in Saigon now
Helpful video 🔥 Thanks for sharing 👍😊
Very nice looking apartment. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks Thomas
Nice apartment, thanks for showing us :)
Ohmygod the price of this same space is triple in Manila! Wow Vietnam is affordable!
MORE expensive than Phu My Hung?? lol Aside from the noisy construction it looks ideal for 1 person...
Not a bad spot, but time for a change
Great apartment with a nice view for the price! On what websites do you usually look for those?
That one was a lucky find on a website called 'cho tot'
@@expatnam thanks!
A 2-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment in District 2 costs 10.5 million per month? I think It's a good deal.
That's the deal from 4 years ago? Did the landlady increase the price every year?
Not every year but recently. It was a good deal, a bit like 'golden handcuffs' in that i stayed there a bit too long.
Nice place
Thanks
450 - 500. Quite reasonable for what you get 👍🏻
Yes not a bad deal at all
To be clear, that is $450 US per month, right?
That's correct yes
🤩🤩🤩🤩
It's quite nice. Is your landlord replacing your sofa for the next person, or did you spend your time there without one?
I'll be making the move to Vietnam in a few weeks. Isn't D2 notorious for flooding? If so, does the whole district flood, or is it just certain areas?
Thanks for posting!
Ye she had a terribly uncomfortable local style one when i moved in so i switched it to that one. Thao Dien is terrible for flooding during rainy season, choose wisely where you live there.
Too expensive. Total cost $1 million/mth.
