UPDATE: The latest version of the PADTV app on the play store play sound from the tuner. To solve this problem, uninstall the app, download the APK file below directly onto your phone, and install it. MAKE SURE TO DISABLE AUTO UPDATE OF THIS APP WHEN INSTALLED.

In this video I show how to turn your Android smartphone into a TV tuner. I'm not talking about live streaming TV channels through the internet - I'm talking about using an actual digital TV tuner to pick up free local over the air channels with an antenna.
