The thing is when I'm calling there are waves of ducks going thru. Refuge traffic. I'm calling at ducks that are coming at me, over me, and past me because the sky is full of ducks. Just making a ton of noise works. Just break one duck and that triggers the duck-nado. If you're smart let the first group land.
Hey guys awesome vid. I mostly chase woodies in swamps so not a lot of calling actual birds. This gives me a solid starting point chasing greenheads this fall. Question, is there a specific call or Reed style y’all have found to make the Cajun squeal/bouncing hen a little easier? I’ve got a few cheaper and one decent call but can’t seem to get those even close. Any call/Reed recommendations other than keep practicing lol?
Fucking loving these! Keep them up! I learned a lot this season from your call video's. I've already said it once. My buddies and I shot 413 ducks this season and I was one of 2 callers! Solid solid video's boys!
You never gave us your thoughts on you lifetime decoys from your older vid of first impressions. I personally gave a half dozen a go this past season, and they didn’t hold up at all. AvianX outfitter pack mallards all the way!
Great data guys. Knowing the calls is one thing, knowing when and how to use them depending on scenario is the art of the call.
Man I new to duck hunting and this is by far a big help for me on duck calling.
