Great build guys... but. Has the customer complained how hot it is yet? The AirCell insulation you used, while not the best product for the job is installed incorrectly and providing no insulation performance. It needs an air gap to provide any insulation value other than it's intrinsic R0.10 which is next to nothing. The way you rolled it out BEFORE you pulled it tight was correct, sure it looks better tight but it does nothing and so wastes thousands of dollars. For better performance use foil faced bulk insulation blanket, the customer will enjoy much better winter insulation and also much improved acoustic insulation ;)
