- Recorded for Kylie’s 1991 album “Let’s Get To It”, “If You Were With Me Now” reached number 4 in the UK charts and is a duet with US vocalist Keith Washington. The soul ballad was written by Kylie, Keith and long-time collaborators and producers Mike Stock and Pete Waterman and was recorded at PWL Studios in London.

This song reminds me alot of Mariah Carey's older stuff. It would have been a big hit on the R and B charts here. I just think its really timing on why alot of her stuff dkdnt catch on here.

Perhaps a Tom Misch/ Kylie creation along the lines of " Our Love". Teaming up with DJs Bassmonkeys or Calvin Harris, whoa ! whoa ! A few Kylie tunes with all of the lyrics in French or Spanish.
