How can I set up some of the work flows for agents in my office so they can utilize the office CRM and not effect the work flows for other agents in the office? At present, if an agent changes anything in the workflow assigned to them, it also changes the workflows for the other agents in the office. We are having the same issues with the new auto text feature and turned it OFF due to the increase number of "Opt-Out" notifications we started getting as soon as the auto text program started.
