      @ Nonstop Sports In my own opinion I believe that you forgot about James White in Super Bowl 51. They had 6 rushing carries, 29 yards, average per attempt was 4.8 yards, 2 rushing TD’s, 14 receptions, 110 yards, 7.9 per attempt, one touchdown caught, longest catch was 20 yards, and had 16 targets

      San Fran was so blessed in that 80s-90s era. At QB we had Montana, and if things were looking cozy, Coach Bill Walsh could sit Montana for the 4th quarter in games and let Steve Young close it out. All of the Niners woes in the 2000s and beyond is simply karma coming back and balancing things out.

  • @edwardguertin3448

    I think you could make the argument for James White. He had 14 receptions for over a hundred yards and a record 20 points scored in Super Bowl 51.

    • @WillJM81280
      @WillJM81280 3 года назад +2

      Meh, multiple receivers had multi-TD 100 yard games. Only Jerry Rice broke 200. Also White was left alone virtually the entire game, while Rice was double/triple-teamed the entire game. Also, Rice did it with 3 less receptions in a much tougher era for receivers when defenses could annihilate both receivers and QB’s. Here endeth the lesson.

    • @edwardguertin3448
      @edwardguertin3448 3 года назад +2

      @@WillJM81280 You have solid point but White is a running back. RBs don't go that far down the field. Also, Rice was just unstoppable so maybe not the fairest comparison.

And at another point in the game a wide-open screen pass went for 50 yards. Not to mention Foles led his offense to more points and DIDN'T fumble with the game on the line. U should added james white in super bowl 51 he had 3 TDS SO MANY 2 point conversions he had 20 points scored in that game and he had the game winning TD

      If that Super Bowl was played before 1994 Atlanta wins because there was no such thing as 2 point conversions and so that so called "comeback" comes with an *asterisk.

    Tom Brady’s 500+ yards against the eagles

      Did he win? His 500 yards are as meaningful as the 18 wins during the season he choked the perfect season away. Stats and perfect regular seasons are worthless if you don’t win the Super Bowl.

    I think 28-3 is the best performance. Not when you look at the entire game, but with the situation being factored in.. it's miraculous. There's only one QB in NFL history that can turn that around. And it's Brady.

  • @N0TYALC
    @N0TYALC 3 года назад +1

    Brady’s performance in the ATL super bowl was putrid. The whole reason they were down 28-3 was that Brady was getting dominated, and threw a pick six earlier.

      43 of 62 for 466, 2 Touchdowns/1 Interception. 69% completion percentage. Wouldn't define that performance as "putrid."

    Faltó Tom Brady en el Super Bowl 52, sé que lo perdió, pero tuvo más de 500 yardas y 3 pases de TD, sin intercepciones. Y no especificaste que era sólo de ganadores en el Super Bowl.

    Dude the greatest defensive show in the super bowl was hands down Ray Lewis and the Baltimore Ravens who held the Giants completely scoreless the only touchdown the Ravens gave up at game was on special teams
