Of course, it would have to be unquestionable, 100% that the accuser intentionally did it. Obviously, some actual victims in cases like this have mistakenly identified an innocent person. But in cases where a crime did not happen and its clear the accuser was doing it for money, attention, retaliation, or whatever - they should do a solid 12-24 months in prison.

Maybe a dozen media outlets would run that story....but almost 100 different media outlets are running the initial story. And sadly, many ppl will forever associate the wrongfully accused as having committed the crime. It's really disgusting man. Makes me crazy, as u can tell by my rant.

And all other reports of ppl who were there said this woman was turned down!!! So she retaliated Nd media ran with it. It is disgusting. And I like the band but im not even some superfan.
