This is the 1st time ive seen one of your videos. I accidentally stumbled across your channel on my home page feed. This set up is seriously so awesome man!! So much ingenuity, thought, and passion went it to putting this beautiful bitch together!! Phenomenal job!!
Snap On vertical tool storage system that mounts in a KRL7012 or KRL1012 locker was made years ago, but now discounted. Was about 2200 for like 4 slide outs.
SO JELLY I wish I was HALF as creative as you. Plus I wish I had the space and money for such a BADASS toolbox. Thanks for sharing Scott!! I like your video neighbor... LATER!
I rode a motorcycle to the shop to film this and if I don't tie it up I can't see where I'm going. Bar? Well there is that one big drawer I didn't show you 🙂
You have the most tools I've ever seen a saw mechanic have! Your Snapon dealer really should send you a Christmas card on top of the socks lol! Very sweet setup Scott there probably isn't much better out there! Well done!
As many times as Ive watched your older tours, watching your setup never gets old. Youve done great on it and the presentation is always awesome sir. 🍻
Thanks. It was funny yesterday when the SnapOn guy came around with his tool box rep. They snuck up on me and when the rep saw my box he understood when I told him I had no interest in touring his truck and buying a SnapOn box.
There is no doubt you are a master at your craft. When I worked at a chevy dealer in the 80s, I had a lot of specialty tools and was always buying them. things changed so fast when computer controls came on board. Thanks for the tour! pretty awesome!
Awesome set up,Scott. Definitely well layed out and custom to the tools you have and need at a glance. We all have that 1 drawer that is a catch all. Loads of ideas going on. 👍🏻👍🏻
Beautiful toolbox. You sure put a lot of thought into its design, construction and tool placement. You sure could build and sell those. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the updated tour. I've always liked your setup. One of the things I like about it is that it has a modular look but cohesive, everything looks like it belongs together. The printer cab is a nice touch and opens up more space for other things. I have so many specialty tool in blow molded cases that they take an entire 60" X 30" X 6' with four shelves packed with them. I'd like to get rid of a few things I haven't used in awhile but you know what happens as soon as I do.
Thanks, yes it doesn't look too frankensteinish considering how different each piece is. I have to go back and read your comment. I thought it said something about getting rid of tools but that can't be right 🙂
I always enjoy your tool box reviews. You show us great ways to store tools very efficiently and very affordable. For the metal sections you built did you do the bending with a metal break? Have you done any videos on those builds? Thank for all you do!!! Keep enjoying the wind!!!
Not the jealous type , BUT damn I envy you. Great " box ". It's so functional and well thought out. Form and function. There's no way anyone who uses tools for a living cannot admire and appreciate this setup. 👍 just a thought ... that drop down for the upper lid would be a great place to relocate your bits. Huge area , light weight sl8m items and easier to see . Maybe.
YOU WIN. Tool box is fantastic. Have you ever used a back tap? I have a leaf blower with damaged threads. The crush washer won’t sit flat. Your option if it would work?
Impressive, some day ill get organized. I spend more time lookin for tools than using them. Do you have a drawer for snacks? Energy bar and beef jerky, sometimes ya need a pick me up😊
Nice video. I always enjoy the toolbox videos. The variety is nice. Although I do need to know if you had permission from your I.T. person to put that printer where you have it?
Say a oem 51 husqvarna came in needing a new jug/piston. In the event the customer wanted to have a oem 55 top end thats one mm bigger installed. Would that be something allowed by husquvana and/or company. Or would rules prohibit anything other then what the model number would indicate. . I figure actually porting or anything related to better air flow, would not be allowed even after warranty, as thats becoming commonplace at any shop ive been to. To avoid lawsuits.
Husqvarna only gets involved for warranty work and in those cases only original parts are used. We don't get involved in performance work, porting or even muffler mods. Limiter caps are left in place or put back on. Other than that I'm not familiar with laws pertaining to this.
You are a talented man! But, you are missing one of the most important compartments. We all have a couple or few customers we would rather not have around, so a big locker sized one for the bodies! LOL

Thanks! If you're interested in more details of the build you can find a playlist labeld "toolbox videos" on my home page.
Great assortment of tools!! Very well organized!! Thanks for sharing!!
Thanks. I like to think I can better organize things and will update when I have. Thanks for watching!
@@TheGreasyShopRag i will be watching for the update.
That “Custom Made” Toolbox Is Amazing Brother 😀😮😀😊 Very Efficient Storage 😀👍🏼 Better Box Than Anything Snap-on Ever Made
Thanks! Its funny, I always think it needs improvement.
Snap On vertical tool storage system that mounts in a KRL7012 or KRL1012 locker was made years ago, but now discounted. Was about 2200 for like 4 slide outs.
Nice custom toolbox. I like the curved side you made for the printer and how it has secret compartments like those old desks.
I like the curve too. A square box up there would have been boring. Thanks for watching!
Awesome setup........... Now I feel totally ashamed of my messy tool boxes/roll-aways. 🙃
Well I get it. I'm not too thrilled about the mess in the hutch and there is that one drawer I wouldn't even open.
100% the best tool box storage system I’ve seen. I’m pretty OCD and love organizing. This setup is on-point. Great job.
That is awesome

Twernt nothin. Just something I threw together 🙂
@@TheGreasyShopRag if only it were that easy lol
Now you're just showin off! 🤣
like the Captain Jake Sparrow look. Need to try that. Mine keeps gettin caught in my jacket zipper. 👍🍻
No bar? 🤪

Ya know, you may be on to something. My SnapOn guy retired. I got a new guy now.
Inspiring, will have to mod and make my own toolbox like this someday.
My only regret is that I didn't start with a deeper box.

Thanks for watching! It occurred to me that I should do a tour of the blue Mac box under the work bench. Stay tuned!
This tool box is amazing
Thanks! and thanks for watching!
15:10 Lisle seal puller tool. Handy as hell for crank seals.
Yes, more durable than some others I've tried.
I like that little pink saw you have in the top of your box.
Its in for repairs 🙂
@@TheGreasyShopRag that should make a good video.
I have seen your other box videos. Really cool how you modified it it and made it your own. Keep up the good work.
Thank you very much!
Awesome setup Scott!
Thanks. I enjoy it and the fact that I built much of it.
@@TheGreasyShopRag Absolutely!
Cool. That is a very unique setup. Tool at 15:08 is a Lisle seal puller (shaft type).
@MarzNet256 Have you used that seal puller and if so how do you like it?
Great video! Fully expect for your toolbox to eventually morph into a service truck with a crane and welder on it.😆
LOL!
I’m envious!
Build one!
@@TheGreasyShopRagI just might! 😂
Very cool setup Scott great enginuity
Thanks for watching!
YES! I think the huge ass tool box is why i started watching you in the first place! Great upgrades and functionality.
Thanks. I know a lot of followers were here for the tool box. I need to make more of these types of videos.
Hope to see some of you fab work in the further awesome man
I've got a few things planned. Stay tuned!
Bless My first seeing a tool box update. AWESOME 👏 Thanks 🙏
In the early days of this channel there were a lot of tool box videos. Many of them about making what you saw here. Thanks for watching!
Nice setup

I’ve been waiting for a box update for a long time 😊
I was waiting for a year to pass since last update but it hasn't yet. Couldn't wait any longer!

Great video. The box is most excellent man!
Holy smokes the triple rack is impressive
Thanks!
nice setup
Thanks for watching!
The tool is a seal puller. My question is, why aren't you making and selling these side cabinets? Those slide out bit racks are brilliant.
At some point I may make ans sell them. Right now I have too many irons in the fire.
Incredible tool tour! Thinking that red handle tool is a Lisle #58430 seal puller, works ok if you don’t have the OEM Stihl seal puller set.
You're right and I don't have any oem stihl tools except a carb tool and some flywheel pullers.
YOU WIN. Tool box is fantastic. Have you ever used a back tap? I have a leaf blower with damaged threads. The crush washer won’t sit flat. Your option if it would work?

Do you have a drawer for snacks?
Energy bar and beef jerky, sometimes ya need a pick me up😊
There are snacks in the locker and mini fridge. Healthy snacks of course 🙂
@TheGreasyShopRag Hershey bars and Pringles of course.
You got a lot of 14.4 snapon tools.
Nice video. I always enjoy the toolbox videos. The variety is nice. Although I do need to know if you had permission from your I.T. person to put that printer where you have it?

Nope. Just tired of not being able to find what I need.
Needs a microwave, coffee maker and a back scratcher.
Hmmm. I'll give that some thought.
Nice toolbox design. It’s been said that the best paid mechanic is paid less than his tool supplier. Laaaaater
I do have some pricey tools but not the box.
Where is the snacks drawer?!

Remember mechanical is NO GOOD 👍 with out his tool 😊. STICK on the ICE 🧊, SAW in the WOOD 🪵 and RUBBER on the ROAD . 😊
10-4!
