- Its been three years now since I started showing you a tool box build around a Harbor Freight US General 72" tool box. The box has had a lot of custom modifications and we'll look at a few of those in this video.
Check out • 2010 Ford Focus windsh... for Joes "Jam it in there repair" RUclips video channel
I’ve never been more impressed by a box in my life. This is better then any snap on tour ever.
Thank you very much!
This is a piece if art. Hats off to my friend. Well done.
Thanks!
That's the coolest tool box I've ever seen!
... and now I'm gonna have to watch the build videos
I think most of the build is on my old blog. It starts around this time frame: thegreasyshoprag.blogspot.com/2019/09/new-tool-box.html
@@TheGreasyShopRag thanks brother
OK you win. 3 years ago….. wow!! Thank you for giving us some different ideas how to organize our stuff
And thank you for watching!
Seen lots of box tours and this custom I have to say is one of the best.
Thank You very much. and thanks for watching!
I've been waiting years for this video... :D
3 years? Thanks for watching!
The creativity you have is amazing. You use every space and use it wisely. Love the organization. You always have great videos. Great set up.
Thanks!
I was a Industrial engine and heavy equipment mechanic at a cat dealer for 13 years and this guy has a bigger/nicer toolbox and more tools than 90% of the guys I worked with. Hell your setup is nicer than mine😂 I definitely have more tools though lol. Your triple pulled out side locker is bad ass, I am very impressed with you're box.
Thanks and thanks for watching!
BIG ASS TOOLBOX RETURNS! I came for the toolbox and stayed for the shop banter. I stole some of you ideas from your garage rebuild, so any updates from that would be appreciated. Laterrr.
Its a bigger mess than I'd ever imagined it would be. Does that count?
@@TheGreasyShopRag Looking forward to the video!
The Greasy Shop Rag.. Nice update video brother. It's holding up great after 3 years. I love all the add ons you did to it. A lot of cool ideas for sure.
Thanks for watching!
After 3 years still think about it when unlocking my toolboxes on my welding rig, keyed the 4 locks the same but Love the electric locks. Just 2 cool!
Its amazing how such a simple thing brings such joy.
Looks great! 🔥
Thanks and thanks for watching!
Nice Box Brother 😀😊😀👍🏼
Thank You Thank you
I’m so jealous you have such a great box
Thanks Henry!
Nice one!
Thanks for watching!
I definitely remember watching your first tour and it was great, this just brings back even better memories. Would be cool if you built custom tool boxes, this thing is so awesome 🔥
I still have some mods in mind for this box and I'll be sure to post them when completed. Thanks for watching!
Nice. I've always liked your toolbox set up, especially the left side cabinet with the hanging spaces. The new lighting that shines down on the drawers is a nice touch. I bought an LED strip to do something similar with but forgot all about it.
Thanks for the tour
Thanks for watching!
I’ve watched most of your videos. I love to tinker with chainsaws. I have more chainsaws then my wife has shoes. Most the people on RUclips are cutting cookies Just because there fast doesn’t make the saw. Nice to see some real life mechanical work being done. Keep up the great videos.
I appreciate you taking the time to watch all those videos. Thanks!
When I first discovered your channel and started binge watching, the first group I watched was all about the toolbox build. It was cool then and is cool now. There have been some minor changes and improvements I don’t remember like the T-handle storage, which is a really brilliant idea.
One thing you skipped today is the bracket mounted on the left side. I think it was for shop towels or something like that. I also don’t remember seeing the roller tray underneath.
If I had the money! 😉🔧👍
I was just thinking today that maybe I should do a follow up videoof some of those things I missed. Thanks for watching!
What a kick ass set up...WOW
Thanks!
That's a hell of a nice set up you've got
Thanks! An update is coming soon.
Awesome setup you got going on Scott! Right now I only dream of being organized.
Its a matter of perspective. At home I am definitely not organized but I can find every tool, no matter how far from the box. At work I might not find a pliers even though its in the right drawer, just buried under a different one.
Sweet setup. Amazing!
Thanks for watching!
Amazing set up
Thanks for watching!
Wow what a great setup. Thx for showing some great storage ideas. Is it designed to roll and pick up with a fork all together if you need to relocate? Must weigh a ton!
Thanks. Yes it rolls around but it hasn't rolled anywhere in years. Technically it could be lifted with a fork truck as one unit. If I need to haul it out of there the triple rack support wheel and upper cabinet would come off. Some of the lighting wiring would need to be disconnected as well.
I have the bullshit button and your stickers on my custom tool boxes!
Sweet!
So what kind of house did you buy the Snap-On tool guy ?🤣I was an auto mechanic for over 15 years and didn't have anything near that nice. Mostly cause I'm a cheap slug I guess.
Really like your DIY add on's. What materials did you use? Musta took a bit of planning.👍🍻
When that snapon guy retired he gave me a smoking hot deal on a bunch of tools he needed to move. Planning? I usually decide what I want to accomplish then start gathering materials. The final product is a result of the materials I was able to find for cheap.
Awesome set up. 8m certain the time and material costs would make it a little difficult to offer that sliding wall side locker.
Yes and this one would only be a prototype because I often admire my work but think about things I'd change .
@@TheGreasyShopRag I think it's awesome as is but I also often criticize the hell out of my own work. Just have to say you're very talented. Excellent concept n very practical.👍👍
@@Anthony-wj6xb Thanks and thanks for watching!
Has it been 3 years??
Time flies. How long has it been since we've sat down for a game of poker?
