Really liked the video! The training session you inserted in this video and the coaching points you made help to add a new level for the channel! Would like to see more videos of you going from the animated drills to a training session with the players.
I like most of your videos and have used many of your drills. But this is great because you can see the actions and how it should work. Do more like this please.
Loved this drill showed so many aspects of the game and aimed at younger players what a great learning experience...not sure whether as observers we on the computer were meant to hear what what being said but personally found it hard to hear when you started onto the field and were facing into the players...another aspect I loved was the young girls being girls especially at the beginning!!!!!
A useful practice, could be used for plenty of topics. My advice would be to allow the players to think for themselves a little more. It was a lot of "telling" the players what to do, rather than allowing them to trial and error. I would explain the practice and let it flow, go in and coach if they continue to make the errors and don't work it out for themselves. It might look messy and they will make mistakes, but this is to be expected at this age and level of ability.
WORLDCLASSCOACHING I understand that you've allowed the session to flow, after you've told them exactly what you want the session to look like and told them what they should be doing. I would advise allowing the players to figure the game out for themselves more before going in and telling them what you want. As you said in the beginning - "decision making, obviously" - a vital part of football that is perhaps taken away a little bit here? Maybe allow it to be messy, see what they come up with before guiding them if /when they need it? Just a suggestion, no right or wrong answer.

I'm glad you like it. We'll try to do more in the future.

Thanks Gary. I'll do.

I need to get a mic don't I!
Your should have the neutral players in a different color if possible. Really helps separate them on the field. Great vid and thanks
Wait maybe you do. Just hard to see the green in the vid.

This was just the first five minutes. I really let them play once they understood the format and the objectives.
