Badass collection man! The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is my favorite horror movie of all time so I always appreciate seeing other people's love for it too.
I believe I carefully blotted gorilla glue on the bar in the textured design I wanted, but it expands, so I made sure to keep in mind that it would be larger once dried. I was just careful to not touch the chain or anywhere the chain touches because then it would no longer work. Once it was dry I painted it.
@@JackChap1you used gorilla glue to extend the bar or the chain? how’d u extend the chain too? sorry but it’d help me a lot if u could describe how u extended both, been subbed to you since i was a kid and im trying to make my 03 as accurate as possible
@@masonsureman6178 I got two of the chainsaw props and cut the bar on both in half and then glued them together and then also use the glue to texture the bar to hide the point in which they had been connected. It is not perfect but I think it looks pretty good. I also cut the chain on both and super glued them to each other over the bar.
@@masonsureman6178 The most accurate option would be the actual chainsaw which is the Husqvarna Model 359, which was painted black and weathered up a little. Sometimes you can find them for cheap on eBay and Facebook marketplace.
This collection is the most disappointing thint since star wars episode 1 the phantom menace, and that is the most disappointing thing since my son (totally fucking kidding this shit is awesome af, especially having seen it in person)
