Polish company having garments made elsewhere. I like the Level 7 jacket of theirs I got - after exchange for larger size becasue it ran small.

how does it hold up against cold weather?

It is not a thick jacket, more protection against water and wind, so in cold weather its best to wear some thermal shirt or sweater underneath it
