The best launcher is an opinion Dimi, I tried this launcher not for me, it is fast yes but not for everyone, the best is opinionated. I use the Wolf launcher it's customizable too.

This launcher will conflict with double tap home button to open running apps, so all apps you open will stay running in background and noway to stop them
Hi Dimi I have a b link GT King and I have the lean-back launcher on it with the remapper and for some reason my power button does not show up on the bottom of the lean-back launcher but it's on the original home screen.
I tried everything to put it there and it did not work do you have any suggestions?

but unfortunately it is not working, since my tv ( Nokia 55000A ) does not have accessibility service and i cannot activate the Apk.

I dont understand people using this type of box with that shitty, side scrolling TV OS experience! You can use the box with apk apps, all FREE content, the youtube app that is NOT the tv version that looks like it does on the desktop so you can comment and save to lists etc and install Nova launcher so your apps looks like on the phone, SO MUCH BETTER this way

NOTE: it should be original.
Even though you didn't mention your device model, chances are that you can't. The way it works the update is over the air (OTA) and you should receive a notification when it is available. You can check if in your devices settings there is an option to search for updates.

It's pretty useless. It is not at all highly configurable. I'm losing al patience with Android TV as it's an inferior product. Pushing all that Disney shit trough my throat, while I hate Disney and them killing off every franchise to mediocrity.
This launcher, while highly uncluttered which I like, puts everything on the home page and makes decisions for me I can't change. Yes Netflix and RUclips are in the video section, but also Ted, an app that I never ever have used but can't remove from my TV without rooting it (which is fairly new so I don't want and will not do) but also every Dutch video service like Ziggo and NPO are not in the video section but it's also not possible to change as well.
So I appreciate your video but the launcher is, like any other Android TV launcher, useless and to be honest, really ugly.
If Apple were really to make an OS for TV's I'm quite sure it will blow Android TV out of the water within weeks and only then will Google start make any effort. And I'm not even an Apple fan. Android TV is just a sitting duck .
