Special thanks to my lovely friends and colleagues, Ruth Stewart Patterson (for expert filming and photography) and Alexandra Custodio (for magnificent web design).
Thanks Reveena, try honey instead of sugar, even a dash of cider vinegar, Himalayan salt. I made GF Vegan crapes yesterday by soaking buckwheat kernals, chia seeds, and some flax seeds, then blended it when soaked then added some molasses honey cider vinegar and buckwheat flour, then cast iron pan fried in light film of olive oil. Takes ages if you do at a low heat but worth it. Then I fill the crape, after 2.5 of these I'm full to the top ! If you love "Parsley (iron rich) and Maple, the sweet and the salty thing", then please try a table spoon of Organic Blackstrap Molasses a day straight down the hatch. Watch your nails, hair, your bones get stronger after a month. It's full of potassium, many minerals, B6, amino's and so on

@@reveenaskitchen They were very well deserved :D And as for my stuffing, I did a saute of finely cubed carrots, beans, potato, corns, bell peppers, onions et al in a coriander-mint sauce with topping of cottage cheese. :)
If you are not Canadian you should be. Thanks you so much for this creation.

May I add an egg to the batter and decrease the almond milk?
Just ate these crepes for supper last night with Dinah. We both enjoyed them thoroughly. Delicious!

thank you so much!
Which oil did you use, would extra virgin olive oil be ok?
Frank G. I used canola, but extra virgin would be perfect!
What kind of oil?
I am allergic to almonds and soy. Can I use coconut milk? Or do you have another suggestion?
Alcom Solutions I would say to either use the coconut milk that comes in cartons or to use canned coconut milk dilluted with water. I would also leave out the sugar in that case :)
Respectfully, they are galettes if made with buckwheat.
Can l skip the sugar?
Rajaa Alalawi you can definitely try ;)
your qubecer. Just fine. Sorry for spelling It wrong. my son Is 100% bylinguel.
