The mirrors do fold in automatically when the car is locked and return to the out position once the car is started. You need to have the mirrors selection toggle switch in the centre setting of L R then the switch to move the mirrors in and out needs to be left in the out position which is depressed closest to the door. Hope this helps.
please tell me how to turn off the car and have it go into accessory mode after driving. When I press the start button to turn the car off, it kills everything including radio and Bluetooth, so if youre in a phone call, goodbye! ALL normal cars don't do this until you open a door after ignition turn off. Bet you can't get it to behave normally there 😏 Other than that, and replacing the 90s screens, it's a great car. I love mine
Hi, I have checked this out and unfortunatly there is no way to turn the car off while maintaining accessories on. You can turn the car off, then turn the accessories on and wait for the bluetooth to reingage. That is the only option i have found.
I was just looking for this. Thanks for answering. I'm wondering if a manual override switch to provide power to the ACC circuit could be installed without messing up anything. Something to investigate. I also want the USB plugs/12V plugs to be continuously powered like my old pathfinder.
Hi, has anyone figured out how to watch, say Netflix, on the rear screens from iPhone via an HDMI cable connected to lightning/hdmi adapter? All I get is an "HDMI device is not connected. Please connect HDMI device" error... or "No supported media connected".
5yr 100k km warranty, so 20k km/year. But Nissan state you only need 1 service per year or every 10k km. In other words, you’ll need 2 plus services per year. Really Nissan, do you have be so disingenuous!
Oh my, that interior is so outdated. The flagship patrol still doesn’t have apple carplay. Hopefully one day Nissan can move away from 2010. I’ll have to take my young son to a dealership and show him how cars used to be made many years ago.
Agreed. the screens can be replaced to get amazing tech for a couple of grand, sems dear, but the initial outlay for the car is very low for what you get. I have the 12 inch screen and full digital dash. it's got everything and more. if you don't like the wood, get it wrapped. I've grown to embrace that 90s mercedes S class feel, it's retro and I love it!! takes a real.man to get wood.

It’s my understanding that they turn off automatically when the trailer plug is connected.

Hi Annie, Unfortunately, no, you can not that little switch is the only option to close and open.
The mirrors do fold in automatically when the car is locked and return to the out position once the car is started.

Hey Adam, the easiest way is to get a Chrome cast / fire tv. Link it to the wifi on your phone and away you go.
