So this year we decided for Thanksgiving to just have prime rib and brocoletti instead of the usual cheesy potatoes. Then we went to a party with friends and chose the steak and broccoli over the pizza and ravioli. So far I've LOST 2lbs instead of gaining it like usual for the holidays and couldn't be prouder. Still not sure about what to do with the Christmas food, but it's only one day :). The other day my (overweight) friend said to me "why bother being healthy now? Why not wait until the new year?". This video is proof you don't need to wait until the new year to make good choices.
over three days of being with a group of friends i gained 4 darn pounds and we were walking mostly all day in Memphis Tennessee. i ate breakfast which i dont usually do, then lunch. i dont drink alcohol lots of water. hoping by the 15th i will lose the4 pound plus
Hi Tracy, before I say anything else I just want to tell you how much you enjoy watching you. You’re the Bomb!! I’m doing my Christmas shopping and I want to get my husband and myself new pillows. We are both suffering from stiff neck when we rise each morning, and we would also like to try to prevent the aging that comes from pillow face smash 😂 You showed us a pillow that you highly recommended a few months ago. I’ve searched your videos but can’t seem to find it. Could you please send me info on how to get that pillow. Thank you and MERRY CHRISTMAS to you and your family. ❤

Just a thought. Love your vids and channel. I’ve heard you use the phrase “dumb it down” and it made me flinch. Sounds a bit patronizing. Maybe “distill” it down would be received a little better. Love you still ❤

I love a good workout with lots of sweating! The more I feel anxious the more I workout and apparently the more I gain weight.

I eat very slowly, which helps me eating less. On the other hand, I am a social eater. Being in good company makes me eat way more 😢😢😢
