    1:05 surely "Tu as l'air jeune", "Tu as l'air fatigue" etc is fine for "you look young", "you look tired" etc

      You can say "tu as l'air jeune" or "tu fais jeune", but they don't quite mean the same. The first one is "you look young" for someone who is actually young and the second one is for someone who doesn't look their age. For "you look tired", you can only use "tu as l'air fatigué".
