I wonder if anybody caught that on video ? Where Robert makes a sudden appearance at a wedding singing the last part of Just Like HEAVEN??? That'd be sooo cool.
I know what it is, I just can't seem to vocalize because I get too flustered when Robert is in my (eye's) view. I can say this:'through all the vids, the music, and interviews, etc...what leaps through is that he's Himself(!), albeit shy at times. And, as much as I've wished I were Mary, I Love that he Loves her, Lucky Cow! (Kidding, obv) The fact that he goes back to Crawley to see his mum and family, completely grips my heart. We've heard how he 'hates' Crawley; and, yet, when it's time, he's where he belongs: the ole family home, where I'm sure it's just 'beyond the beyond' for the numerous nieces and nephews to hang with Uncle Robert; the Coolest, and Mostest Uncle ever! As my lovely English Dad would say, "It goes without saying!" Oh, the oozing charm doesn't hurt his attraction, either. It's a trait that many of my English Relatives (the men, really. The ladies have their thing, too. Mostly, they try to impress, is my experience. Not you Loretta, you're In your own lane!

Robert always makes me Laugh, Sigh, Think, and Day Dream I'm Mary, as I watch The Cure, my mouth agape, wondering: 'Who IS this guy?' I busted up when he said, "Well, I am!" (shocked when he wakes up and looks in the mirror). Poor guy, to feel that way. Doesn't he know we see him as this Amazing Man? His honesty, humour, and, that certain something (!) has always landed Robert at the top, beyond even other Talented English Musicians; some I've loved for 5 decades, now. For example, Pete Townshend has never failed to make me love him, too, but, I'd have been nervous to know him. I think he'd have treated me as he does Roger. Pete's facial expressions alone makes me uncomfortable to view them together. I do love that Roger carries on as if it's never occurred to him that Pete doesn't love him right back. I wouldn't think that to be Robert's style. Who knows? Love those Englishmen! They sure have entertained....
