So many very wealthy folks from central and South American have homes in South Florida and of course the locals. Turns out the rear derailleur internal spring cage pivot point was so gunk'd up it seized in a position such that there was no tension on the chain. You need to clean the derailleurs and lube pivot points as was shown in this video and lube internally your levers maybe once a year. Won’t be buying any Tarmac SL7 SWorks bikes that color out of South Florida on eBay. BTW, I already have this bike and I clean that MOfO after every ride. I use a orange citrus biodegradable degreaser from home depot. I HIGHLY recommend it and you can find it in the area of Home Depot or Lowe’s that has cleaning supplies. Spray it on just like you and let it sit for several minutes to let it do it’s job. Afterwords I rinse the bike and wash using any car wash soap. I also use the hose from the house which where I live has plenty of power. I also highly recommend using the park tool chain cleaner. Works awesome. Last, I use Rock n Roll dry lube. Let it soak in and wipe it off with a cotton rag

This bike was really easy to assemble ruclips.net/user/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.
