MLB The Show 20 is an upcoming baseball video game by SIE San Diego Studio and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, based on Major League Baseball (MLB). It is the fifteenth entry of the MLB: The Show franchise, and it will be released on March 17, 2020, for PlayStation 4. Chicago Cubs infielder Javier Báez is featured as the cover star.
For the first time ever, Minor League Baseball players will be fully licensed and have their names and likenesses featured in the game. In previous versions of the game, Minor League players were not licensed and were replaced with generic players. As well, the team and logo editor that were previously exclusive to Diamond Dynasty will be brought over to the game's Franchise mode.

My dad loved this game when he was younger. He was willing to spend 200 dollars to play on my Xbox lol. He is going to pre order and he just spent 80 bucks for more storage to play this game😂😂

I grew up with the Atari 2600 and Intellivision. If you had shown this game to the 11 year old me it would have scared the shit out of me LOL. It's unreal how far video games have come.

I agree! That's the first thing that I noticed. The pitching animations are so casual and nothing like the real-life counterpart

This entire game needs to be stripped down in the animations department because it's been the same exact shit since the ps3. I used to get so hyped playing this game every time a new one came out but it's not even fun anymore. If Franchise isn't overhauled come the PS5 then I probably won't even rush out to buy it this time around. Then again I'm compulsive and will probably buy it either way.
First thing I thought was that the pitching does not look like real life. They need to completely fix that. And the swing animation look real but for some reason it’s slowed down a bit.
The visuals are amazing
One of my all time favorite games was 08 the show on PS2. Then I switched to Xbox for over a decade and wasn’t able to play. Now I switch to PC and sell my Xbox and they release The Show 2021 on cross platform 😐
They need to make a MLB slugfest 💯that game was fun same with NFL blitz /street only real ones know about these classic games 💯

I think they are trying to make it realistic. You can’t always get a home run or hit every pitch.

I just want to say, trying to catch the ball is bugged. You'll be running for the ball and as you direct him to the ball, they slide around like they're on ice skates. My advice DO NOT try to catch the ball, leave it and hope. Terrible mechanics...

Graphics and animations looks like this game should have came out in 2010. I can’t believe they are making sells with this terrible game.
