Alternative title: iDeactivateMC talks about beds and villagers for 30 minutes
true though
And portals
And furnaces
And zombies
True though
You might be missing one more fact about the villagers.
Although the baby villagers are just adult villagers but small scaled, Bedrock Edition however, had adult heads while retaining the small body, to fit with the other baby mobs
Oh I Didn’t Know!
It’s annoying, WHY ISNT BEDROCK LIKE JAVA?
@@Callies_ChaoticAnimationCorner minecraft java whith the same combat but bedrock features. Perfect
I play bedrock and I forgot about that fact.
🤣
Its been a lot of fun body acting in these!

Damn I’m old, I still remember the old bed icon like it’s still around
I’m sure you can add the icon back in, it’s somewhere in the files
PE (or microsoft edition who cares) minecraft still has it- unless they changed it idk
@@estrellasadie I use pocket edition i think it’s gone
I think in Bedrock they still use it
they still have it on console/bedrock
Just curious, with the new wood types, if it were still possibly to make a bed with any wool and any wood, how many combinations would there be now?
16³×9³=2 985 984
edit: every recipe should be counted twice bc it has 2 ways to put in the crafting table, so the actual number of recipes is 2 985 984×2 = 5 971 968

16:29 was always my fear of having an active portal in my house. Luckily after making a couple as a kid, noticing them never spawn cured that fear
I played Minecraft when 1.7 was out and 1.8 was on its way. I still remember when 1.9 first came out. Still love the game no matter how old I get 😂😂
Oh wow I play first version of Minecraft Was 0.14.0 In 2011
I remember when the shield update just came out
Idk the version I joined but it's not 1.20
@@davidabouna3246 in my Minecraft world I was in a village and I just seen a villager sleeping on the floor instead of the bed

What is? And who's Block Facts?
@@Rowec no? I watch both of them they are similar not not the same, they've collaborated before.
@@Rowec this guy came first.
@@benthecat4345 Wait, you seriously don’t know block facts?!
the fact that you were only able to see lava when looking through a nether portal is actually really cool,
as the nether can’t have water
I know this is meant to be a fun observation, but the actual reason water and ice couldn’t be seen through the nether portal was most likely because it can be difficult to render transparent objects through transparent objects. It happens a lot in other games, and while some choose to make one of the two transparencies a solid colour/texture, it isn’t always feasible or good looking.
I do think the incidental implications of water and ice not being visible through a nether portal is pretty cool though.
@@agent__berry guessed the reason was something like that
And once again this man strikes back with fact after fact on Minecraft. As of now the video has 2,874 views. Let's see how it is within a month.

To be honest emeralds, idk if it’s just me but color variation in ores just makes a game feel more diverse.

man i remember watching your fact vids aaaages ago. this is nice to see again. thanks
12:15 already said that bud..
12:38 that was one of the cutest features that i wish still existed
27:40 What?????? i thought a block of coal was 20 items, is it drastically different in java?
33:54 I actually have discovered a zombie with a diamond helmet before, but sadly i could never find the screenshot :(
A block of coal when it was added (13w18a) was 720s of smelting, equal to 9 coal. Exactly 2 snapshots later it was updated to be 800s of smelting, equal to 10 coal
Never was "20 items"
@@Kevaca its ok, i looked it up and i was confusing a block of coal with a block of kelp which is 20 items 😅
@@jessiegamer355 yea, kelp is 20, which means it's actually a decent fuel source lol
also at 17:00 it isnt the falling blocks going through the portal. its them turning into items and then the items go through the portal
Actually, in bedrock edition, we still have the Sprite texture.
BEDrock
Dave_Just_Dave2005 I didn’t even notice the unintentional pun.
@@haydenreviewscustomcombos a missed opportunity
@@Dave_Just_Dave yeah :( same for me Why did mojang not want to update the bedrock bed textures
@@melonygrant7284 honestly i prefer the sprite
I started playing when im 5 (abt 2013) but stopped for a long time and came back at the buzzy bees update. Relieved to see minecraft changed this much!
Love the vids while I'm playing... I can hear the Zelda music in the background bringing me back to when I was a kid and was paused when I went to sleep lol.
Hi Anthony, i love your videos. Don’t let anyone talk you down about what you do in your videos
What I’ve learned in this video: baby villagers are very wholesome.
._.
Minecraft hater
?
How am I a hater by saying a baby villager of wholesome?
I can just imagine waking up in Minecraft and seeing Anthony just watching me on the ceiling
0:39
That’s BECAUSE they were 2D that that occurred- the texture was only on one side, and without a texture on the other side, you could see right through it. This is a universal functionality between all games and game engines, unless it is specifically coded not to do so (but it shouldn’t be made not to do so since this speeds up rendering).
For anyone wanting rubys, there is a texture pack on Vinella Tweaks that changes emeralds to rubys

Cool
@@Rowec dude you spammed twice that comment
1 missed nether portal fact: the left and right walls of a nether portal panel used to be fully there.
also this happens to the top and bottom too.

This video made my day, thank you for posting! I love your videos ❤️
Fun fact : the beta 1.3 texture on beds are the same in bedrock edition

i actually didn't know about 60 of the things. great video!
I love when Anthony makes these videos there always the best
12:18 you mentioned the quick curing of zombies to villagers with a bed next to them twice
I remember watching this man when I was super young. Thank you, Anthony.
Becaume of you, I learned so much about Minecraft, and I temporarily used your intro "what's going on, guys" and one time when I stated the facts I learned from you in my videos, I said "I'm sorry that I'm stealing your stuff" lol
I remember playing Minecraft in my browser back in the day and as soon as the console edition released on Xbox, I rode my bike to GameStop with about 12 games in my backpack that I traded in for enough Microsoft points to get the game. I ran home, grabbed my Xbox, pulled it next to the router and plugged it in to download the game. I miss legacy console edition, but it’s crazy to actually grow with a game. I feel like a lot of others would relate to this. We were all simple kids playing a simple game. But now we are older and still get to experience new things to this day. Minecraft is crazy.
Been playing Minecraft since early 2013 on the Wii U edition I still have fond memories of it
3:20 i was playing the newest update yesterday and i went to sleep, when i woke up i was jumpscared by a skeleton in my house. i had no idea what happened, could’ve been a coincidence but it got me pretty good
I'm so glad to see that you still make these videos I haven't watched you in awhile so yeah
My first Minecraft game was pocket edition on the iPad. I got very used to the healing by sleeping thing, and I was very disoriented later down the line when I got back into MC.
I started playing Minecraft on 1.18 and 1.19 was coming. I love the new update for Minecraft!
These videos make me realize that alot of my old worries not matter anymore because how things changed and i just didn't notice haha
Your videos are so entertaining keep up the great work😀😀
love ur vids they are awesome, but u said that beds make villager curing faster two times
i think i started in like 1.11 or something like that, i remember seeing ice bears and llamas getting added
Omg i really dont know this things thank you ao much :)
another great video, keep up the great work anthony!
fun fact at 4:32 beds in minecraft BEDROCK edition still use a sprite!
No one give a shit
Ive been playing minecraft on and off since shortly after its full release, this makes me feel so old 😂

30 MINUTE VIDEO IS THIS HEAVEN?
i have seen diamond armor zombies before, but not just a single one. That's right, 2 of em spawned in the same world a couple hundred days apart, one with fully enchanted armor and the other with enchanted leggings
i watched you when i had summer holiday at my cousin's house i miss those times.. :(
5:27 “when you sleep, you can actually see your skin!” is SUCH an ominous sentence without context.
Another fact is when creeper was first added they used to be a melee mob
found a full diamond zombie about a year ago, i don't remember if it was normal or hard dif tho, didn't have a PC at the time so its was bedrock, still a cool find :)
15:59: OMG I THINK I SAW THOSE BEFORE!??? Wow you just “smashed me with a nostalgia sword” Lol
I just wanna learn even more now- it looks so cool o.O
I have been a big fan of you for years!
fun fact: the ruby texture still exists in the game files of minecraft 1.8.9! i accidentally discovered this while working on a texture pack for hypixel bedwars and it's pretty funny that mojang forgot to remove it.
Furnaces be like:
Get 9 coal together, get 1 free!
I remember when they first added colored beds and i was so excited for the update
Alternative title: british guy talks about portals, beds, villagers, zombies, and furnaces in a block game
Is it just me but does this make you nostalgic
Alternative title: anthony talks about villagers, beds, old versions of minecraft and zombies.
I hope the 1.20 update adds swamp and jungle villages
Thanks for reminding me how to make a bed I forgot
started playing minecraft since 1.4
I actually liked it more when they used a sprite for the bed's inventory texture.
The Furnace, Crafting Bench, and Chest are my best friends in Minecraft :)

Wow Beds and villager facts

I mean, the new Redstone ore texture and the ruby ore texture don't look that similar anymore. The old programmer texture would've ben the one that would've been very similar with the ruby ore texture.
2014, I remember it discreetly as I was young and I remember playing on an IPad.
It’s a little scary knowing how old Minecraft is.
I started to play Minecraft in 2014 so these facts are to me thank you
13:21 hmm anthony said all adult
villager other then nitwit would gather around the bell: meanwhile a nitwit is there and just chilling with a cat and everyone else lol he is still there
I always love these fact about Minecraft
Zombie: I’m the meanest mob in Minecraft!
Warden: Hold my beer
I fully thought
1: there are no circular shapes in Minecraft
2: there are mobs
i first started playing mc with the early creative mode where mobs would still attack you and the inventory wasn't organized
good times
Garrett Evans Wow thank you Garrett, you've made my day!
I played Minecraft in 2015 tbh and now I'm still playing and loving Minecraft
9:03 it was changed to emerald cuz jeb (a minecraft developer) created the texture, and jeb is colorblind, so he wanted to create red ruby but created green emeralds (also if you name tag a sheep "jeb_" it will be rainbow, and that’s a reference to the fact that he’s colorblind
Also 10:30 in bedrock villagers have big heads
15:23 only on java
Dinnerbone is the one with red/green colorblindness, not Jeb. This is indeed why they changed the rubies to emeralds instead.
@@bluejayofevil oh, a youtuber said it was jeb, thats why I thought the colored sheep named jeb_ was an easter egg to the fact he’s colorblind
