    Thank you so much for this video. I've had Dream Coat for a while and tried to use it a couple of times but never saw any result. I realize I've been using it wrong. Thanks again for showing me the correct way to use this and get great results!

    I love WOW Dreamcoat. It’s a miracle worker for me in this Houston Texas humidity. I just watched your hair styling tutorials and I think two things. You have great hair. Sometimes you need to let your hair dry naturally and just leave it. We have the same hair and I get more compliments on natural beach wavy hair every single time. If I do nothing but a quick blow dry blow and go I end up getting so many people complimenting it. It always amazes me. Also. You should try cute little hair clips at the front top of your hair. And after you curl it and go upside down and flip it back leave it alone and spray it like that full of body. It’s so full and looks great that way. No need to brush through it. Just my opinion Bobbie. 🤔

      Thank you! I have tried things you suggest. There is a technique I am going to try soon to help you have wavy hair that isn’t frizzy. I may do a video on it. 😘

    I've been using Sleek It from Sally Beauty. WOW was nice, but not totally sold on it for the price. I do think it may last longer through washes than Sleek It, but I didn't have both at the same time to compare.

      I’ve never used color wow but I did find that dupe a year or so ago. The packaging and color scheme was similar. Hair Chemist Sleek Shine Coat worked well. There’s also a curly version.

    It's hard to tell Bobbie, but I've only tried ColorWow and I do like it enough to repurchase and have given it as gifts. Your right though the non Color Wow side is not as full, kinda lol. It only makes my style last 2 days. Thanks for the review.

    Excellent video - thank you!! Your video was super helpful!! I was considering the Drybar b/c it’s on 50 off for “Black Friday” … BUT I love my DreamCoat!! It’s the first product of this type I’d used so I wasn’t sure … staying w/my DreamCoat … it gives my hair SUCH BOUNCE that I’ve never seen in my hair before!! 2nd and 3rd day I use my Calista Embellish Texturizing Foam (about half as much as recommended, and yes, in dry hair!) and a tiny bit of the Calista Stratosphere 02 Texturizer Spray … they’re the perfect refresh after my shampoo day
    w/DreamCoat!!
    Happy Hair = Happy Lady 🎉🥳🪅🎉!!!

    Perfect timing before the warmer weather slowly begins to warm up on the east coast. I've tried a sample of Liquid Bar shampoo and cream rinse from Sephora last year and was amazed how fabulous my hair looked, I was in love♥. It was in July and I had smooth beautiful hair in humid weather....could not believe I may have found something that finally worked...decided to treat myself and bought them (not cheap to say the least). After about a month my hair kinda had no life 😒perhaps I was using too much, not sure but I still have plenty so will try again this summer. Thanks for the review will definitely keep WOW in mind.
    PS tried WOW Raise the Root and that did very little for my hair, buy Moroccanoil Root Boost works great.

    • @MindfulMidlife
      @MindfulMidlife  2 года назад +1

      It may be one of those ones that you should only use every other or every third wash. It may be too heavy. Agreed, the Raise the Root is dreadful!

    I just found your channel while looking for weight loss information. Well, I have also been looking for skin care and hair care so you’ve sold me and now I’m a subscriber. I am soon to be 54 and have always had my hair highlighted to cover the grays. I haven’t been ready to take the step to full coloring and honestly I don’t have a bunch of gray. I love your hair color. Is that your natural color or do you color it? If so, what do you use? It’s so pretty!

      Hi Jennifer and Welcome! I do color my hair at a salon. She covers my roots and puts in highlights. I don't have a lot of gray either.

    Ok Bobbie how did you grow your hair out and how long did it take you? Did you use anything on your hair like keratin shampoos or products or take any skin hair nail supplements. Love the look of your hair and the color. I like the lighter hair color better than the darker one on you too! 🙂

    • @MindfulMidlife
      @MindfulMidlife  2 года назад +1

      I went from a pixi haircut so it took a while. I basically just kept getting the back trimmed until the front caught-up. I then had a Bob. At that point I just kept going. I like the lighter more in the summer but it’s also a pain to keep up.

    I know this may seem like a dumb question, but what does it mean "Through 3 washes"...like the product lasts 3 days without washing or you can wash your hair with shampoo and the product is still fine, so confused lol

    • @MindfulMidlife
      @MindfulMidlife  2 года назад +2

      Not dumb at all…you can wash your hair three times before you need to use it again.

      @@MindfulMidlife that will be great! I used to have dry frizzy coarse hair. Covid lock downs an RUclips showed me that what I actually had was wavy curly hair! It just took a few months getting it healthy and hydrated. Good luck, but, have fun. Make it a goal to have healthy hair. Not a certain wave or pattern. Whatever you do, your hair looks very healthy and pretty.
