A mix of this was used live to open niconico 2015. ❤ A fun watch 😊 Also, not sure if other do this, but a "-P" ending a Creators name implies they are a producer.
There is actually a human version of this plus Miku. It's from a group called Vivid Bad Squad from the game Project Sekai, the group insist of Kohane, An, Akito and Toya along side different vocaloids.
Vocaloid Megpoid (aka GUMI) is based on vocal samples from Megumi Nakajima. She does the voice and singing for one of the main characters in Macross Frontier, is a voice actor in Ascendence of a Bookworm, and a few other anime. While using the Vocaloid engine from Yamaha, it's not made by the same company that did Miku. As far as other songs, to me one of the quintessential Vocaloid songs is Nebula featuring Miku. (There are versions with subtitles on RUclips, as well as the original by Tripshots.) The Happiness and Peace of Mind Committee is another interesting song, and some videos of it on RUclips have English subtitles. There are of course lots more Vocaloid songs you could react to as well. For an entirely different rabbit hole: Animusic Pipe Dreams Remastered And then optionally: Intel Pipe Dreams
@@Astra7LightThe fact that there are human covers of The Disappearance of Hatsune Miku, including at least one English cover, still boggles my mind. :)
whenever i hear this song 13 year old me starts screaming and punching the air. vocaloid defined my childhood and i'm still a huge fan. i'm so glad that the fandom is still thriving and that the legacy producers like Pinocchio-P, Wonderful Opportunity, Deco*27, Neru etc are still coming out with new singles, a decade into the future. amazing 😊
Gumi is a vocaloid that's known for better English vocals outside of the standard Japanese vocaloids like Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Etc. Echo is probably if not the most popular song that Features Gumi. Glad you had checked out one of the classic songs in the vocaloid community. My recommendation for a song would be "Voice" By Kira Ft.Hatsune Miku & Gumi. Full English song. Surely you would be surprised to hear Hatsune Miku voice in English.
Don't get me wrong, but 'm not sure if that song would be the best example for Miku's english, as far i know, that song was made morphing Gumi and miku with some Synth V voices, so it's not really Miku at all
Funny that you mentioned the Undertale vibes. There's actually an incredibly well done Undertale animation by v0idless with this song as the base. It's amazing and absolutely worth watching if you want to just see something cool that combines both of these cool things.
This is legit the best English Vocaloid song, iMO. GUMI also has probably the best English voice bank out of all Vocaloids I know. More Vocaloid recommendations: -Anything by UtsuP, since he does Vocaloid Metal, and you'd probably love that. I recommend "Imperfect Animals" (feat. Kagamine Rin and GUMI), "Baka wa Anomaly ni akugareru" (feat. Kagamine Rin) and "No Swimming" (feat. Kagamine Rin) -Romeo & Cinderella (feat.Hatsune Miku, by doriko) -Tokyo Teddy Bear (feat. Kagamine Rin, by neru) -Roki (feat. Kagamine Rin and Kagamine Len, by mikitoP) -Spinal Fluid Explosion Girl (feat. Hatsune Miku and GUMI, by rerulili) -Common World Domination (feat. Hatsune Miku, by Pinocchio-P)
Love to see Utu-P recommendations and our boy getting some love. Been an Utsu-P fan for nearly 6 years now. I would recommend Hyper Reality Show for the entry and Vulgar since its a newer one and i really love it. As a side Note Hyper Reality Show was played live a few years ago and this month Utsu-P even released a new Album. Absolutely unnessesary Fan List: Poster Girl`s Prank God Willing Let´s ride the Happy Train Magic of Massacre Copyright B*tch Sushi Go Round Atari Front Program Rrrrafflesia Death of the Law Gorgeous Big Conversation Pee Pee Princess Kamikaze OGRE IAMAI
this song is such a classic, its fantastic. its actually a collaboration between two vocaloid producers, CircusP and CrusherP. if you want a recommendation from each, id say Better Off Worse by CircusP and Propaganda by CrusherP. for THE vocaloid dance producer, GIGA is absolutely that guy (youve actually heard several of his songs covered by vtubers!). for vocaloid metal, Utsu-p and Hazy-p are definitely the ones to check out. the vocaloid they used in this song Echo, is actually pretty well known for sounding realistic, shes known as Gumi. though if you wanna hear something newer thats so realistic it even blows my mind, check out Solaria or Teto AI
Wow, I didn't expect this reaction, I loved that! ❤ Another vocaloid songs I recommend are: ...English songs Again (Crusher ft. Gumi) Karma (CircusP ft. Kagamine Rin) Copycat (CircusP ft. Gumi) ...Japanese songs Hyper Reality Show (Utsu-P ft. Hatsune Miku) O light (Kikuo ft. Hatsune Miku) Unknow Mother Goose (Wowaka ft. Hatsune Miku) Gomenne Gomenne (Kikuo ft. Hatsune Miku) An interesting fact about Vocaloid is that there are thousands (maybe hundreds of thousands) of original songs to discover, so we will never finish listening to them all, but at the same time it means that there is a huge variety of songs from our favorite voice banks.
@@dawnseeker176 that's also one of my favorites (both circrush and fatal force versions). I don't remember why I didn't mention it but I probably tough that then I should also list another 10+ songs and that's too many recommendations for one comment IMO Well, if someone else read this, wildfire is a great song too 🔥
i remember the first time i heard this song was years ago to an undertale animation about gaster, it was a bit different as i think the voice was a bit different and edited to fit the character in the animation. i loved it so much im so happy you loved this!
If you are looking for more Vocaloid songs to listen to, some of my favourites include 'World's End Dancehall' by Wowaka, 'Roki' by mikitoP, Bring It On by GigaP, 'Getcha' by GigaP and KIRA, and 'Cinderella' by DECO*27! Keep the Vocaloid reactions coming!
There’s so many vocaloid songs I can recommend you but god damn theres too many to list! 😭 One is actually a series. Theres several episodic songs making up 1 story. I believe its *”Servant Of Evil, “Daughter of evil,”* and *“Regret Message.”* Theres alot more to the series than that but those are the main ones to it.
I was around for the original premiere of this video and I knew it was something special. It was the first time in my recollection that someone actually pulled off a Round in a vocaloid song, and to this day, no cover has every properly done that round justice. The creators Crusher-P and Circus-P are english-language producers, and this was one of the first major hits in Japan for EN VocaloidPs. They got licensing and production deals based on the concepts of the video. I think they may have gotten a lite novel or manga made. In any case, ECHO is one of those timeless songs that are a part of Vocaloid history. I was glad to be there to witness it, and here again to see you enjoying it.
There was indeed a light novel, even one with an official English translation. I have read it. It was enjoyable. It sucks that no one else seems to have done so though that I've seen, besides, like a single Tumblr account someone made that is dedicated to the song for some reason.
For vocaloid, "rolling girl" by wowaka is a good suggestion if you haven't heard it yet, or any of mitchie M's songs Shoehorning in some touhou suggestions too: "scarlet police on ghetto patrol" by IOSYS, "everything will freeze" by undead corporation More assorted reccomendations: "internet yamero" by aoibahn, "uta" by Imperial Circus Dead Decadence, and other imperial circus songs too, "loli god requiem" by ui shigure
YESSS FINALLY SOME MORE VOCALOID!!!! i have soo many vocaloid songs i adore but going from how much you liked Echo's beat and vibe i think you would love giga songs like "ch4nge, bring it on, getcha (this one also has gumi :D)" aside from that heres some vastly different vocaloid songs since there are soooo many different genres under the "vocaloid" name that i think you would have fun exploring :D - kitsune's wedding by masa works design (the beat is insane but this is kind of a disturbing song just dont look at the lyrics) - hole dwelling by kikuo (or anything by him really) - young girl A - My love is hellfire ft MEIKO
Finally another Vocaloid reaction! Time to list my must-watches again! (Producer’s name - Song Title ft. Vocaloid/Utau’s name) Neru - How-To World Domination ft. Kagamine Len and Rin Giga - Bring It On (inferiority superiority) ft. Kagamine Len and Rin Cillia/Kyaami - Scattered Glass ft. Meika Mikoto PinocchioP - I’m glad you’re evil too ft. Hatsune Miku DECO*27 - Ghost Rule ft. Hatsune Miku Toraboruta - Kokoro ft. Kagamine Rin (The original for this one is not on RUclips. I recommend the version on the channel “lordxwillie” with english subs because subtitles are especially important for this one) Halosy - Connecting ft. Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Len & Rin, Megurine Luka, Kaito, Meiko (The “Main Vocaloids” singing a cute song about how thankful they are for all the producers that make songs for them ☺️) HACHI - Sand Planet ft. Hatsune Miku (Fun fact! Before Kenshi Yonezu made anime openings he was a popular Vocaloid producer under the name HACHI) KIRA - Monster ft. GUMI VocaCircus - Copycat ft. GUMI KIRA - 4BLOOD ft. Hatsune Miku There’s a Kiara (Hololive) cover of this one too so perhaps a double feature video? (Original first, please) VocaCircus - Dawn ft. SOLARIA
Haachama's version of this is my favorite and was probably my first favorited Hololive music video... it later seemed like it marked the beginning of her whole personality split that happened after.
Ooooh Vocaloid! You definitely should check out some songs from Pinnochio P! I’d recommend *“What’s Inside,”* *“nobody makes sense,”* *”Im glad you’re evil too,”* *”Secret HIMISTU,”*“Yozurina,”* *”love for love by love of love”* along with many others. Shit watch them all 🤣
for Vocaloids songs, I would recommend watching the series "Evillious Chronicles". It's an all story with many well known vocaloids. It's really an experience ! (starting maybe with the "daughter of evil" and the "servent of evil")
Funny you mentioned undertale because there's a very famous Undertale animation with a "Gaster" version of Echo. It's insanely beautifully and the remix is such a treat to the ears! I say give it a watch some time it still stands strong after all this time. Echo is an absolute banger of a song!
I used to listen to miku a lot when I was younger and I always used to excitedly tell my dad “this was sung by a robot” not till recently did I play him one again and jokingly say the same thing and he said “you know it’s not actually sung by a robot, I would know since I’m part of the music industry” I had to show him proof it was 😭
Yay!! Vocaloid reaction! I love this song as it's so catchy! Some Vocaloid song recommendations: -Odds and Ends by Hatsune Miku -Sand Planet by Hatsune Miku -Daughter of Evil by Kagamine Rin + Servant of Evil by Kagamine Len (you gotta listen to this two in this order as it's a story. This is part of a whole series but you can start with these) -Prisoner by Kagamine Len + Paper Plane by Kagamine Rin (also a story! There are subbed versions on youtube but the better subs were the ones on annotations but that feature is gone now so...) -Kokoro by Kagamine Rin + Kokoro Kiseki by Kagamine Len (the most popular version of this mixes the two and have a whole music video and subs) -The Name of Sin by Hatsune Miku -Black Rock Shooter by Hatsune Miku (pretty old but popular enough to get an anime and game adaptation)
For Vocaloids songs, I would recommend watching the series "Evillious Chronicles". It's an all story with many well known vocaloids. It's really an experience ! (starting maybe with the Daughter of evil !)
@@GOTGames A lot of popular Vocaloid songs are story-driven and would be better to watch with a music video (some of them don't have a proper original ones but there are fan-made ones) and subtitles. There are horror ones too which I wasn't able to include on my lists.
It's not exactly vocaloid but let me recommend a song "Life hates us now" by Mafumafu it is a cover, the original is a vocaloid song. But I love Mafumafu's cover, his voice and vocal skills are absolutely awesome.
Hey, nice to see you react to some vocaloid! I don't know if you've seen it already but you should definitely check out the song Melt, probably the most important vocaloid song there is, being the song that popularised Miku and the software as a whole.
Reol's cover for this song is my Favorit, hope you react to that one as well. Reol is my first singer that brought me into vocaloid songs, and her old videos is very nostalgic to me, heard her covers when i was in late junior high, LOVE HER SO MUCH❤
I love this song so much! its the first vocaloid song ive ever listened to and its so gooood! Youre really missing out on "crime and punishment" by Ado aswell, its one of if not her best cover!
Man, it's been ages since I was in the Vocaloid rabbit hole. My recommendations for other songs would be: -'The disappearance of Hatsune Miku' -'Leia - Megurine Luka' if you want to hear some heavier rock/metal vocaloid, composed by Yuyoyuppe -Or anything by Utsu-P, THE heavy metal vocaloid composer. I really like Psychokinesis.
Haven't heard that one in a while, thank you for the nostalgia punch :) As for more vocaloid songs I'd recommend Giga - BRING IT ON or some Omoi pieces, like Chiisana Koi no Uta, Snow Drive or Teo. Disappearance of Hatsune Miku would also be cool :P
Absolute classic. If you haven't already you should also check out the disapearance of Hatsune Miku, Gigantic OTN, Proof Geometric Construction Can Solve All Love Affairs, Black Rock Shooter, A tale of six trillion years and one night, Childish War, Secrets of Wysteria, Fear Garden, Okaasan. Last 3 are horror-y so right up your alley.
If you want more vocaloid, any of the headliner songs from the Magical Mirai concerts are great. (side note: they have been doing these concerts for eleven years and you can watch most of them on youtube.) Greenlights Serenade, Bless Your Breath, Hand in Hand, Sand Planet, Hero, Because Your Here, 39 Music
If you want more Gumi, I definitely would recommend you to check out Tokio Funka. Definitely another one of Gumi's classic song. Also, man. Echo. I remember when Coco (o7) sang it at FES with her infamous Neck Dance. It was EPIC.
I recommend checking out GHOST and Pals's songs like Amygdala Rag Doll, Housewife Radio, SCAPEGOAT, Appetite of a People Pleaser, The Chattering Lack of Common Sense, and their other songs!
I was really excited to see this when I got home from work today! Last year this song (and Again, also by Crusher-P) was a big comfort to me while going through some breakdowns, switching medications, facing a possible BPD diagnosis. Well... still going through all that but at least I relate to it a little less than I did last year. :')
-Disclaimer: I am not responsible for your damaged sanity after watching the following content- Some other good vocaloid songs are *Mistletoe,* *hello dystopia,* *life hates us now,* *seasonal feathers,* *merry bad end,* *Gomenne Gomenne* (watch w/o lyrics first than with lyrics for best experience), *You’re a useless child,* *lost one’s weeping,* *hotogawari,* *solitary hide and seek,* *Kikouhana yamete yamete,* *compared child,* and *“love me love love me”* (which I think you heard before). I would love to choose the voices for you but you should pick the one you like.
Donut Hole, Senbonzakura, World's End Dancehall, Panda Hero and Matryoshka are all popular classics, then there's going to be super new ones because of Vocaloid X Pokémon collab for every 18 types (song for Electric typing has been uploaded now and there's official art Mikus with 18 Pokemons which are the coolest.)
I'm always excited and slightly nervous when people who haven't listened a lot of vocaloid songs react to them, but I'm glad to see you liked it!! I would definitely love more vocaloid reactions too. There is so much you can explore but producers like Kikuo, Neru, Pinocchio-P and Deco 27 are an amazing place to start. They are all huge in the vocaloid world and each have their own unique styles and sounds. You would definitely like them!
Couldn't be more pleased to see you react to Vocaloid again, especially a classic like this! I'd like to recommend you check out the Vocaloid producer Ferry, particularly their series Parties Are For Losers. The songs and music videos (all done entirely by Ferry on their own) tell the story of hard-luck teenagers living in a city near an exclusion zone. It's inspired loosely by the Soviet science fiction film "Stalker" and I think it can best be summed up as "existentialist Soviet art cinema but make it a teen drama with a kickass guitar riff" (note: Ferry is originally from Belarus, now based in Poland. You definitely would not know English was their second language from the quality of their lyrics) Besides Ferry, I have a few other recs (all English songs, since I'm seeing lots of excellent Japanese ones in other comments) Wicked by Crusher ft Eleanor Forte (VERY different vibe from Echo) Secret Garden by EmpathP ft Cyber Diva and Dex (a fansong inspired by Undertale!) Ten Thousand Stars by CircusP ft Hatsune Miku English (Circus is easily the best known English vocalo-p) 1/4 by CircusP ft Kaito English Lie by CircusP ft Megurine Luka English (his earliest hit) Fall Away by CircusP ft Otomachi Una Honey I'm Home by GHOST ft Dex Aura by GHOST ft Solaria (a demo song for Solaria, who is from a different software called Synthesizer V that is very similar to Vocaloid) A Crow's Trial by Vane ft Gumi English and Dex ("Vane" pronounced "Vah-neh") Machine Gun by KIRA ft Gumi English oyasumination by ippo.tsk ft Eleanor Forte (also Synthesizer V) John Frustrated by ippo.tsk ft Eleanor Forte and Cyber Diva SILENCE by niki and cillia ft Avanna enigma by tart ft. Kevin (also Synthesizer V) Why Do I? by Set It Off ft Miku English (Set It Off is a pop/rock band, the lead singer performs with Miku as a duet) Sad Machine by Porter Robinson ft Avanna (another human/vocaloid duet) Humansongs by Porter Robinson ft Po-uta (pronounced "poh-ta," Po-uta is a vocaloid sampled from Robinson's own voice) Hard Disk Hide and Seek by nostraightanswer ft Avanna Glass Wall by GuitarHeroPianoZero ft Miku English TVVS by corasundae ft Oliver and Fukase English Snowglobe City by DoNotCrossP ft Miriam (Miriam is from the first generation of Vocaloid software, so she sounds a bit less realistic but still really nice)
Gumi will always be my favorite Vocaloid of all time 🥰🥰🥰 Im glad you're enjoying the Vocaloid genre! You should DEFINITELY check out the live concerts the vocaloids do!!!! Truly insane and amazing!!!!! Please check em out!!!!
Oh dang, I haven't heard the original version in a while! I'm so used to one specific cover that I was actually thrown off for a moment at the start. XD It's funny that you should mention Undertale as well, because the version of the song I'm thinking of has been STRONGLY associated with a character from that game.
funny you bring up undertale, because while in the vocaloid community this was a extremely popular song, it also got a big following when someone used this song and another song by "Crusher-P" called "Again" in two different undertale animations so a generally big group of people were introduced to this song because of those animations. I'm super glad you're getting into vocaloid, and while everyone will suggest specific songs, personally for me there's just too many that I can't just suggest specific ones so I'll give you some other artist recommendations for the english side of vocaloid. "Crusher-P" obviously, but also "Circus-P" (aka VocaCircus nowadays), "GHOST", "Vane", "Creep-P". Also I'm not sure how much of an audience there is for these here but there's also some cover artists in the community that definitely deserve a lot of recognition for their work that I would love for you to check out if at all possible. Those being "Kuraiinu", "JubyPhonic", "Will Stetson", "Leeandlie" and "Lollia". I would love if you would go down any of these artists rabbit holes because they are all very talented people, and I'm sure I'm missing a ton but those are the first that come to mind. Great reaction my friend, I'm glad I found you back when you were experincing NF I haven't regretted this journey for a second even if I can't keep up with all your videos nowadays I'm glad you're still out here listening and experiencing new music and shows. Have a great day!
If you want a few vocaloid recommendations, these are some of my personal favorites: "Memories of the rainy summer day" by Kikuo A beautiful song. It focuses less on vocaloids but the music production is top tier. "Lagtrain" by Inabakumori Considered a banger by many. "MAWARU" by Kikuo An underrated song imo. Very funky, confusing lyrics but that's 95% of Kikuos songs. "The fox's wedding" by MASA WORKS DESIGN Perfect example of the dark and disturbing sides that vocaloids can offer.
If you've not heard it yet the many vocaloid sung(or youtaite covers of said song in English) song "Blessed Messiah and the Tower of Ai" is amazing and a totally feelsy short story all in and of itself.
Utsu-P's cover of this is fantastic! As for more vocaloid music to recommend, Utsu-P is amazing, any song by him is worth checking out. Some personal favourites are Death of the Law (デスロウ), Saisei (再生, MOKSHA version), SUSHI-GO-ROUND, natural born B, Ga (が), and Vulgar (下品)!
Not vocaloid, but since you said you wanted more unique music, you should check out Otyken! They’re a Siberian folktronica band, and their music is absolutely unreal. Fashion Day and Paradise Lost are a couple of my favorites- I’d recommend the live performance of Paradise Lost on youtube, the one with english subtitles. I'll definitely be checking out more of your content as well!
If you are looking for more english vocaloid songs, you can listen to GHOST :D (i personally recommend the songs The distorcionist, The chattering lack of common sense, Amydgala's ragdoll, Housewife radio and Honey i'm home)
When it comes to Echo, there is a lot of MMDs(Miku Miku Dance) videos related to it. The MMDs are all 3D animated videos which uses models for characters both existing and original that are rigged to move in a certain way. In fact, there is a Touhou MMD from nie years ago for Bad Apple that has all the characters(as of the video's creation) dancing in it. It's title is "【東方MMD】Bad Apple!! (東方46人)Revision【1080p】"
If you want suggestions for other Vocaloid songs: - Jekyll and Hyde (FantasticPlanets ft IA & Miku) - Hated by Life Itself (Kanzaki Iori ft Miku) - Six Trillion Years and Overnight Story (kemu ft IA) - Ghost Rule (DECO*27 ft Miku) - World Domination How-to (Neru ft Rin & Len) - Omoide Kakera (Devilish-P ft GUMI)
one of my absolute favorite vocaloid songs, not only because its an incredible song by itself, but also because a certain someone decided to perform this song several times, including on a big stage, when she herself was hounded by "invisible enemies" that she couldnt fight.
this is probably the best english vocaloid song i'm so glad you reacted to it 🙏 i LOVE this song so heres some others i love you should try: -shanti by wotaku -basically any giga song; bring it on, ready steady, getcha, ch4nge, odo -king, queen, and identity by kanaria -ghost rule, hibana reloaded, the vampire & volt tackle (this one is a pokemon collab) by deco*27 happy vocaloiding
CircusP (Changed to VocaCircus, then Circus Pircus) is my favorite vocaloid artist. I'm loving their latest album. But I recommend the song "Copycat" by CircusP.
oh hell yeah real vocaloid hours ^^ you mentioned maybe looking at some miku stuff in the future i think, anything you can find from Wowaka is a great choice, Rolling Girl and World's End Dancehall (basically all of the Unhappy Refrain album) are some of the earlier examples of vocaloid that would shape a lot of trends in the future. If you want something a little more off the wall that really leans into the robotic sounds of vocaloid, I'd recommend ÅMARA by sasakure UK. Finally, I'd really recommend anything from the Kagerou Project by JIN. It's a really unique and cool fictional universe with an accompanying anime, but diving into the music by itself is completely fine. Lost Time Memory is one of my favorites from this, as well as Additional Memory, Outer Science, and じん / 夜咄ディセイブ (for the life of me I couldn't find a translation for that one). Hope you enjoy ^^
if you want more english vocaloid / vocal synth music, i'd recommend ghost and pals, vane lily, or r.i.p. (short for really introverted producer). they're three incredible producers who pour a lot into their work and they're some of my favourite vocaloid producers of all time (though they've all been working more with synthv lately iirc)
its so funny you mention undertale so much, there IS a fan animation that uses this song!!! its called [Undertale] Echo- Fan Animation by v0idless :3 its absolutely fantastic and a gorgeous animation
Please check out: - "Wah wah world" - Hatsune Miku and Kagamine Rin - "深海少女" ( "shinkaī shōujō" which translated means "deep sea girl") - Hatsune Miku - "Ruka Ruka ★ night fever" - Megurine Ruka "リングの熾天使" ("Ringū no shitenshi" which translated is something like "fierce angel in the ring") -Hatsune Miku & Kagamine Rin😘
It is indeed crazy and the amount of work they have to do from adjusting each tone, pace, pitch..etc to make it sound so realistic is mind blowing. It’s the best option for talented musicians who don’t have a vocalist to work with.
Kinda random but the Amalee cover is my welding song. Tempo matches up with my weave going vertical. I do wonder if she ever gets metrics like “this dude listened to this 15 times in a row? Is he okay?”
Yeah, this song was used a lot in the undertale fandom in the early days before people crafted new songs, but it was released the year before. There's a lot of /really/ good animations set to it too.
If you want to hear more vocaloid music from I recommend circusP with 1/4 with KAITO and Better Off Worse with Flower. Just two songs to see the change from Circus Monster (another song you should check out if you haven't) I don't know if you heard any of these songs so sorry if I mentioned them and you already saw them :3
not sure if my last comment went through but please check out Manbo-p! some of their songs: - And Then There Were None And Then - God's an Energy Cheapskate - Proof Geometric Construction Can Solve All Love Affairs Ive been a fan of Crusher for a long time and i was so happy to see this song got big!
You should check out God-ish or Reincarnation Apple by PinocchioP, he has some of the best tuning I've ever heard for Hatsune Miku, really love the voices he creates
I am so glad you got to see one of my favorite vocaloid songs. I can't help but dance whenever I hear it. Super sad lyrics, but it's a BANGER. Now you just need to listen to my other faves, Daughter of Evil by Kagamine Rin and Servant of Evil by Kagamine Len.
Gumi is one of my top Vocaloids (in terms of voice) But some recommendations for songs that I have - - Honey I’m home (Ghost and Pals (Ghost)) Pathological Facade (Also Ghost) Reckless Battery Burns (Ghost, Vane lily and Carbon Monoxide) (also End-world normapathy and Lamentations are in the same series) Deathbody (same artists as above) Ego Rock (Surii) Aura (Ghost and Pals) Gone Fishing (CRUORMOR and Ghost) That’s all I can think of right now!! =D
If you're curious about more story-telling Vocaloid songs, I suggest to listen to more Hitoshizuku x Yama songs (the creators of Bad End Night). Each song is an absolute banger + they all hold a unique story.
i love vocaloids, they have something. i would love to see you reaction to song "bacterial contamination" by "Calne Ca" especially if u will discover meaning behind this song (there was one nice comments explaining all stuff what going on, but idk if u will find that)
Now I need you to listen to some Azari songs. Whisper Whisper Whisper and Be My Guest are my favorite. Also would recommend Utsu-P songs like, ララララフレシア / RRRRafflesia feat. 初音ミク
I highly recommend if you looking for something more spooky for Vocaloid Steampianist makes great music My Favorites are Secrets of Wysteria Twaddles of a Flu Faker La Llorona Leech Boy
I have many recommendations. One of my favorite vocaloids is Oliver, a more english based vocaloids. The songs i recommend are: want (Oliver) corasundae - Dear Diary (Oliver) Steampianist - Secrets of Wysteria(Oliver) Ever Lasting Night (8 vocaloids) - you have reacted to the first song that was covered by holostars Bad End Night Lie (Megurine Luka) Luka Luka Night Fever (Megurine Luka)
You need to hear the amazing works of Mitchie M. Freely Tomorrow is the one off the top of my head, but he’s responsible for quite a few big-name songs. Edit: I was wrong, start with Burenai Ai De.
Since you've checked out a song with Kagamine Rin before with Lost One's Weeping by Neru, I must recommend you check out a song using Kagamine Len, which is like the make alternate version of her. Songs with him I personally recommend are Telecaster B-Boy and Ego Rock. Childish War is also a high recommendation from me as it has both of the Kagamines on it.

Brand new to me but already love it! 🔥
I still do even now
Don't forget DECO*27 who's also still producing lots of bangers. Really like Rabbit Hole, Blue Planet and Volt Tackle from his recent ones ^^
Glad you liked it! : - )
It was recommended for me to react to for a while and I can see why! You did amazing!! 🔥🔥
Crusherp is literally here and no one replying
YOOO CRUSHERP!!!! LOVE UR SONGS!!!!
@@DA_TV71 finally a reply
@@SynQixx lol I was just looking for GUMI’s Japanese songs until I saw this vid. So I’m a new subscriber to them 😊
Gumi is a vocaloid that's known for better English vocals outside of the standard Japanese vocaloids like Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin, Etc.
Don't get me wrong, but 'm not sure if that song would be the best example for Miku's english, as far i know, that song was made morphing Gumi and miku with some Synth V voices, so it's not really Miku at all
@@saerg9184it’s only sort of Miku
Funny that you mentioned the Undertale vibes. There's actually an incredibly well done Undertale animation by v0idless with this song as the base. It's amazing and absolutely worth watching if you want to just see something cool that combines both of these cool things.
I was searching for someone mentioning this!!
This is legit the best English Vocaloid song, iMO. GUMI also has probably the best English voice bank out of all Vocaloids I know.
More Vocaloid recommendations:
-Anything by UtsuP, since he does Vocaloid Metal, and you'd probably love that. I recommend "Imperfect Animals" (feat. Kagamine Rin and GUMI), "Baka wa Anomaly ni akugareru" (feat. Kagamine Rin) and "No Swimming" (feat. Kagamine Rin)
-Romeo & Cinderella (feat.Hatsune Miku, by doriko)
-Tokyo Teddy Bear (feat. Kagamine Rin, by neru)
-Roki (feat. Kagamine Rin and Kagamine Len, by mikitoP)
-Spinal Fluid Explosion Girl (feat. Hatsune Miku and GUMI, by rerulili)
-Common World Domination (feat. Hatsune Miku, by Pinocchio-P)
wow - I haven't heard the name UtsuP in years and years. Thanks for the reminder!
Although I love ECHO...I like Copycat more
Oooo thank you for the recommendations! 🔥
@@GOTGames Also!
-The daughter of evil (feat. Kagamine Rin, by Mothy Akuno)
-The servant of evil (feat. Kagamine Len, by Mothy Akuno)
Absolutely unnessesary Fan List:
Poster Girl`s Prank
God Willing
Let´s ride the Happy Train
Magic of Massacre
Copyright B*tch
Sushi Go Round
Atari Front Program
Rrrrafflesia
Death of the Law
Gorgeous Big Conversation
Pee Pee Princess
Kamikaze
OGRE
IAMAI
this song is such a classic, its fantastic. its actually a collaboration between two vocaloid producers, CircusP and CrusherP. if you want a recommendation from each, id say Better Off Worse by CircusP and Propaganda by CrusherP. for THE vocaloid dance producer, GIGA is absolutely that guy (youve actually heard several of his songs covered by vtubers!). for vocaloid metal, Utsu-p and Hazy-p are definitely the ones to check out. the vocaloid they used in this song Echo, is actually pretty well known for sounding realistic, shes known as Gumi. though if you wanna hear something newer thats so realistic it even blows my mind, check out Solaria or Teto AI
Wow, I didn't expect this reaction, I loved that! ❤ Another vocaloid songs I recommend are:
...English songs
Again (Crusher ft. Gumi)
Karma (CircusP ft. Kagamine Rin)
Copycat (CircusP ft. Gumi)
...Japanese songs
Hyper Reality Show (Utsu-P ft. Hatsune Miku)
O light (Kikuo ft. Hatsune Miku)
Unknow Mother Goose (Wowaka ft. Hatsune Miku)
Gomenne Gomenne (Kikuo ft. Hatsune Miku)
An interesting fact about Vocaloid is that there are thousands (maybe hundreds of thousands) of original songs to discover, so we will never finish listening to them all, but at the same time it means that there is a huge variety of songs from our favorite voice banks.
OH YEEAAHHH!!!!
Also Circus Monster and Goodbye
Ah appreciate the recommendations!! 🔥
why is no one mentioning the original wildfire by the now disbanded Circrush that is some peak turning
@@dawnseeker176 that's also one of my favorites (both circrush and fatal force versions). I don't remember why I didn't mention it but I probably tough that then I should also list another 10+ songs and that's too many recommendations for one comment IMO
Well, if someone else read this, wildfire is a great song too 🔥
i remember the first time i heard this song was years ago to an undertale animation about gaster, it was a bit different as i think the voice was a bit different and edited to fit the character in the animation. i loved it so much im so happy you loved this!
Yeah, that's cause that version used a human cover of the song instead of the original version.
For vocaloid, "rolling girl" by wowaka is a good suggestion if you haven't heard it yet, or any of mitchie M's songs
Shoehorning in some touhou suggestions too: "scarlet police on ghetto patrol" by IOSYS, "everything will freeze" by undead corporation
More assorted reccomendations: "internet yamero" by aoibahn, "uta" by Imperial Circus Dead Decadence, and other imperial circus songs too, "loli god requiem" by ui shigure
Man I miss wowaka :(
YESSS FINALLY SOME MORE VOCALOID!!!!
i have soo many vocaloid songs i adore but going from how much you liked Echo's beat and vibe i think you would love giga songs like "ch4nge, bring it on, getcha (this one also has gumi :D)"
aside from that heres some vastly different vocaloid songs since there are soooo many different genres under the "vocaloid" name that i think you would have fun exploring :D
- kitsune's wedding by masa works design (the beat is insane but this is kind of a disturbing song just dont look at the lyrics)
- hole dwelling by kikuo (or anything by him really)
- young girl A
- My love is hellfire ft MEIKO
Finally another Vocaloid reaction! Time to list my must-watches again!
(Producer’s name - Song Title ft. Vocaloid/Utau’s name)
Neru - How-To World Domination ft. Kagamine Len and Rin
Giga - Bring It On (inferiority superiority) ft. Kagamine Len and Rin
Cillia/Kyaami - Scattered Glass ft. Meika Mikoto
PinocchioP - I’m glad you’re evil too ft. Hatsune Miku
DECO*27 - Ghost Rule ft. Hatsune Miku
Toraboruta - Kokoro ft. Kagamine Rin
(The original for this one is not on RUclips. I recommend the version on the channel “lordxwillie” with english subs because subtitles are especially important for this one)
Halosy - Connecting ft. Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Len & Rin, Megurine Luka, Kaito, Meiko (The “Main Vocaloids” singing a cute song about how thankful they are for all the producers that make songs for them ☺️)
HACHI - Sand Planet ft. Hatsune Miku (Fun fact! Before Kenshi Yonezu made anime openings he was a popular Vocaloid producer under the name HACHI)
KIRA - Monster ft. GUMI
VocaCircus - Copycat ft. GUMI
KIRA - 4BLOOD ft. Hatsune Miku
There’s a Kiara (Hololive) cover of this one too so perhaps a double feature video? (Original first, please)
VocaCircus - Dawn ft. SOLARIA
Haachama's version of this is my favorite and was probably my first favorited Hololive music video... it later seemed like it marked the beginning of her whole personality split that happened after.
It absolutely was. In the middle of the song, one of the TVs in the background briefly flashes the Japanese word for "decapitation."
Absolutely amazing cover. I re-watch Haachama's version like on a weekly basis.
Some Vocaloid song recommendations:
-Odds and Ends by Hatsune Miku
-Sand Planet by Hatsune Miku
-Daughter of Evil by Kagamine Rin + Servant of Evil by Kagamine Len (you gotta listen to this two in this order as it's a story. This is part of a whole series but you can start with these)
-Prisoner by Kagamine Len + Paper Plane by Kagamine Rin (also a story! There are subbed versions on youtube but the better subs were the ones on annotations but that feature is gone now so...)
-Kokoro by Kagamine Rin + Kokoro Kiseki by Kagamine Len (the most popular version of this mixes the two and have a whole music video and subs)
-The Name of Sin by Hatsune Miku
-Black Rock Shooter by Hatsune Miku (pretty old but popular enough to get an anime and game adaptation)
For Vocaloids songs, I would recommend watching the series "Evillious Chronicles". It's an all story with many well known vocaloids. It's really an experience ! (starting maybe with the Daughter of evil !)
Loving all the recommendations you are all giving me!
@@GOTGames A lot of popular Vocaloid songs are story-driven and would be better to watch with a music video (some of them don't have a proper original ones but there are fan-made ones) and subtitles.
There are horror ones too which I wasn't able to include on my lists.
This is such a good song (one of my favorite vocaloid song) Thanks for the reaction!❤
It's not exactly vocaloid but let me recommend a song "Life hates us now" by Mafumafu it is a cover, the original is a vocaloid song. But I love Mafumafu's cover, his voice and vocal skills are absolutely awesome.
Damn good song right there!
My recommendations for other songs would be:
-'The disappearance of Hatsune Miku'
-'Leia - Megurine Luka' if you want to hear some heavier rock/metal vocaloid, composed by Yuyoyuppe
-Or anything by Utsu-P, THE heavy metal vocaloid composer. I really like Psychokinesis.
Haven't heard that one in a while, thank you for the nostalgia punch :)
As for more vocaloid songs I'd recommend Giga - BRING IT ON or some Omoi pieces, like Chiisana Koi no Uta, Snow Drive or Teo.
This song is amazing. It's been on my playlist since 2015
If you want more vocaloid, any of the headliner songs from the Magical Mirai concerts are great. (side note: they have been doing these concerts for eleven years and you can watch most of them on youtube.)
Greenlights Serenade, Bless Your Breath, Hand in Hand, Sand Planet, Hero, Because Your Here, 39 Music
As this song is one of my favourites, seeing you react to it in such a way just makes me so happy 😂 i needed that kind of positivity right now 🤣
Great reaction ahaha! I hope Hacchama's cover of this is the next one ~
-Disclaimer: I am not responsible for your damaged sanity after watching the following content-
Some other good vocaloid songs are
*Mistletoe,*
*hello dystopia,*
*life hates us now,*
*seasonal feathers,*
*merry bad end,*
*Gomenne Gomenne* (watch w/o lyrics first than with lyrics for best experience),
*You’re a useless child,*
*lost one’s weeping,*
*hotogawari,*
*solitary hide and seek,*
*Kikouhana yamete yamete,*
*compared child,*
and *“love me love love me”* (which I think you heard before).
Ahh I love this song too!!❤️
I remember when this song was posted, a lot of people were shocked and it exploded in popularity.
SO COOL
This was a great surprise this morning, i am so happy to see more Vocaloid reactions.
You would definitely like them!
always amazing to see someone hyped to listen to new music ❤
God Damn i found someone who gives me the reactions i wish i heard from most when they react to music like this :D
what an og song in my eyes, still a fucking banger, plus i love haachama's cover
Yeah these type of vocaloid tracks being pretty popular is the reason why Hatsune Miku concerts are basically raves 😅
You definitely would not know English was their second language from the quality of their lyrics)
Besides Ferry, I have a few other recs (all English songs, since I'm seeing lots of excellent Japanese ones in other comments)
Wicked by Crusher ft Eleanor Forte (VERY different vibe from Echo)
Secret Garden by EmpathP ft Cyber Diva and Dex (a fansong inspired by Undertale!)
Ten Thousand Stars by CircusP ft Hatsune Miku English (Circus is easily the best known English vocalo-p)
1/4 by CircusP ft Kaito English
Lie by CircusP ft Megurine Luka English (his earliest hit)
Fall Away by CircusP ft Otomachi Una
Honey I'm Home by GHOST ft Dex
Aura by GHOST ft Solaria (a demo song for Solaria, who is from a different software called Synthesizer V that is very similar to Vocaloid)
A Crow's Trial by Vane ft Gumi English and Dex ("Vane" pronounced "Vah-neh")
Machine Gun by KIRA ft Gumi English
oyasumination by ippo.tsk ft Eleanor Forte (also Synthesizer V)
John Frustrated by ippo.tsk ft Eleanor Forte and Cyber Diva
SILENCE by niki and cillia ft Avanna
enigma by tart ft. Kevin (also Synthesizer V)
Why Do I? by Set It Off ft Miku English (Set It Off is a pop/rock band, the lead singer performs with Miku as a duet)
Sad Machine by Porter Robinson ft Avanna (another human/vocaloid duet)
Humansongs by Porter Robinson ft Po-uta (pronounced "poh-ta," Po-uta is a vocaloid sampled from Robinson's own voice)
Hard Disk Hide and Seek by nostraightanswer ft Avanna
Glass Wall by GuitarHeroPianoZero ft Miku English
TVVS by corasundae ft Oliver and Fukase English
Snowglobe City by DoNotCrossP ft Miriam (Miriam is from the first generation of Vocaloid software, so she sounds a bit less realistic but still really nice)
Gumi will always be my favorite Vocaloid of all time 🥰🥰🥰
Im glad you're enjoying the Vocaloid genre!
You should DEFINITELY check out the live concerts the vocaloids do!!!! Truly insane and amazing!!!!! Please check em out!!!!
all ive seen from you lately is you reacting to my favorite things
Oh dang, I haven't heard the original version in a while! I'm so used to one specific cover that I was actually thrown off for a moment at the start. XD
It's funny that you should mention Undertale as well, because the version of the song I'm thinking of has been STRONGLY associated with a character from that game.
funny you bring up undertale, because while in the vocaloid community this was a extremely popular song, it also got a big following when someone used this song and another song by "Crusher-P" called "Again" in two different undertale animations so a generally big group of people were introduced to this song because of those animations.
I Remember watching this 5 years ago and it's Still So Good
If you want a few vocaloid recommendations, these are some of my personal favorites:
"Memories of the rainy summer day" by Kikuo
A beautiful song. It focuses less on vocaloids but the music production is top tier.
"Lagtrain" by Inabakumori
Considered a banger by many.
"MAWARU" by Kikuo
An underrated song imo. Very funky, confusing lyrics but that's 95% of Kikuos songs.
"The fox's wedding" by MASA WORKS DESIGN
Perfect example of the dark and disturbing sides that vocaloids can offer.
You also need to hear this ver:
【オリジナルMV】ECHO/Crusher-P 歌ってみた+ラップ (ECHO cover and RAP by)【ゆり】
"The Undertale vibes there"
Funny you would say that xD
There is a rather popular Undertale animation, made by "v0idless" , to this song! :3
I'll definitely be checking out more of your content as well!
i love love love gumi's songs! Echo and Again are some of my favourites
If you are looking for more english vocaloid songs, you can listen to GHOST :D (i personally recommend the songs The distorcionist, The chattering lack of common sense, Amydgala's ragdoll, Housewife radio and Honey i'm home)
I'm more surprised that you haven't already watched this in twitch streams requests!
If you want suggestions for other Vocaloid songs:
- Jekyll and Hyde (FantasticPlanets ft IA & Miku)
- Hated by Life Itself (Kanzaki Iori ft Miku)
- Six Trillion Years and Overnight Story (kemu ft IA)
- Ghost Rule (DECO*27 ft Miku)
- World Domination How-to (Neru ft Rin & Len)
- Omoide Kakera (Devilish-P ft GUMI)
Always want more recommendations! 💯
Jekyll and Hyde Is so damn good.
one of my absolute favorite vocaloid songs, not only because its an incredible song by itself, but also because a certain someone decided to perform this song several times, including on a big stage, when she herself was hounded by "invisible enemies" that she couldnt fight.
When he mentioned Undertale, i was immediately reminded of that animation. You should check out a fan animation of Undertale with this song ^^
this is probably the best english vocaloid song i'm so glad you reacted to it 🙏 i LOVE this song so heres some others i love you should try:
-shanti by wotaku
-basically any giga song; bring it on, ready steady, getcha, ch4nge, odo
-king, queen, and identity by kanaria
-ghost rule, hibana reloaded, the vampire & volt tackle (this one is a pokemon collab) by deco*27
happy vocaloiding
CircusP (Changed to VocaCircus, then Circus Pircus) is my favorite vocaloid artist. I'm loving their latest album. But I recommend the song "Copycat" by CircusP.
Good to see more Vocaloid, and this is one of Gumi's best!
Haachama's cover of this song was top-tier.
More good songs:
- Last of Me【Megurine Luka V4X】
- Karma【Kagamine Rin English】
- Copycat【GUMI English】
BANGERS!!
oh hell yeah real vocaloid hours ^^ you mentioned maybe looking at some miku stuff in the future i think, anything you can find from Wowaka is a great choice, Rolling Girl and World's End Dancehall (basically all of the Unhappy Refrain album) are some of the earlier examples of vocaloid that would shape a lot of trends in the future.
Please check out:
- "Wah wah world" - Hatsune Miku and Kagamine Rin
- "深海少女" ( "shinkaī shōujō" which translated means "deep sea girl") - Hatsune Miku
- "Ruka Ruka ★ night fever" - Megurine Ruka
"リングの熾天使" ("Ringū no shitenshi" which translated is something like "fierce angel in the ring") -Hatsune Miku & Kagamine Rin😘
Just two songs to see the change from Circus Monster (another song you should check out if you haven't)
I don't know if you heard any of these songs so sorry if I mentioned them and you already saw them :3
Saw this on niconico 2015 vocaloid. Best performance.
Echo is my favorite english vocaloid, for japanese, you should definitely check streaming heart, it has great MV
My favourite vocaloid song is Sand Planet by Hachi with Hatsune Miku.
not sure if my last comment went through but please check out Manbo-p!
some of their songs:
- And Then There Were None And Then
- God's an Energy Cheapskate
- Proof Geometric Construction Can Solve All Love Affairs
Ive been a fan of Crusher for a long time and i was so happy to see this song got big!
I’ve been listening to vocaloid since 2018 and I’m still amazed.
Fun fact, many fans made different covers of this song, one of them is an Undertale version.
Check it out if you want.
Gumi is one of my top Vocaloids (in terms of voice)
But some recommendations for songs that I have -
-
Honey I’m home (Ghost and Pals (Ghost))
Pathological Facade (Also Ghost)
Reckless Battery Burns (Ghost, Vane lily and Carbon Monoxide) (also End-world normapathy and Lamentations are in the same series)
Deathbody (same artists as above)
Ego Rock (Surii)
Aura (Ghost and Pals)
Gone Fishing (CRUORMOR and Ghost)
That’s all I can think of right now!!
=D
Let's react to another Hatsune Miku music! We can start with Romeo and Cinderella music!
If you're curious about more story-telling Vocaloid songs, I suggest to listen to more Hitoshizuku x Yama songs (the creators of Bad End Night). Each song is an absolute banger + they all hold a unique story.
i love vocaloids, they have something.
i would love to see you reaction to song "bacterial contamination" by "Calne Ca"
especially if u will discover meaning behind this song (there was one nice comments explaining all stuff what going on, but idk if u will find that)
Haven't heard this in a while 🎉
Now I need you to listen to some Azari songs. Whisper Whisper Whisper and Be My Guest are my favorite. Also would recommend Utsu-P songs like, ララララフレシア / RRRRafflesia feat. 初音ミク
I highly recommend if you looking for something more spooky for Vocaloid Steampianist makes great music
My Favorites are
Secrets of Wysteria
Twaddles of a Flu Faker
La Llorona
Leech Boy
This is one of the first vocaloid songs i listen also one of my favorites songs ever
omg i love this song im so gkad you reacted to it
you should totally react to self proclaimed angel by katachi! its pretty new but SOOO good. its also an english vocaloid song btw
Hell yeahh! now you should see Machine Gun also sung by Gumi! made by KIRA
I have many recommendations. One of my favorite vocaloids is Oliver, a more english based vocaloids.
The songs i recommend are:
want (Oliver)
corasundae - Dear Diary (Oliver)
Steampianist - Secrets of Wysteria(Oliver)
Ever Lasting Night (8 vocaloids) - you have reacted to the first song that was covered by holostars Bad End Night
Lie (Megurine Luka)
Luka Luka Night Fever (Megurine Luka)
Sometimes I wonder if we would one day see Project sekai covers of vocaloid songs in this channel. Kinda curious on the reaction
I recommend you react to Yorushika - Say it. Have a good time ;)
