You will be put at ease from the moment you connect. The process was made so much more enjoyable thanks to them and they were so willing to go above and beyond to help. I arrived in Phuket sandbox on 5 October 2021 from London with a visa on arrival which I will switch to Elite. I can only echo all the positive comments below about this service. It all began with a video call in late July and every step of the way Hailey and Sammie took care of all the application process from start to finish. I am truly glad I used this service and would recommend to anybody planning to visit Thailand at the moment. I particularly liked the way I was kept up to date with the frequent changes to covid rules so I didn't have to worry about a thing. Thank you Hailey and Sammie.

    In January, the Easy Access is being raised to $19,850. If someone going to stay in Thailand longer than 15yrs, might as well get the 20yr visa. The new Easy Access price for 3 yrs is going to be $59,550. While the 20yr visa is only $33,000. Cheaper in the long run, to just go ahead and get the 20yr visa, if you're going to be in Thailand longer than 15yrs.

    • @ThailandEliteSpecialist
      @ThailandEliteSpecialist  4 года назад +2

      Thanks for your input cjack. Yes the price will be raised. In order to get the current price of 500,000THB (approximately $16,600) you must submit an application before December 31, 2020. I agree, the 20 year Superiority Extension definitely pays off for anyone living in Thailand longer than 10 years!

    Hailey made it easy for me to get the thai elite visa. She filled out all the forms for me, walked me through the whole process -- and the process is not so easy in our current covid age (you're going to want an assistant to help with the myriad things the government asks of you). With Hailey I could just have her handle all of it -- and she can do your quarterly reportings too. So I think if you want a visa in today's world and planning to come to Thailand she's a very good choice. And she's also just very nice, like you see in the videos here.

    • @asterisk911
      @asterisk911 2 года назад +1

      It's definitely a possibility, but unless there's some kind of weird Khmer Rouge style revolution I would be willing to bet they'll grandfather in current holders. It's not just that taking away what people have already paid for is really bad for Thailand's tourism brand, but these aren't permanent residences, and they all have expiration dates. If Thailand really decides they don't want all these foreigners around, it would be easy to just end the program for new applicants and let the existing memberships just expire. The number who have 20-year memberships is quite small; more than half issued are 5-year memberships, and the total number of members isn't even that high. Plus the holders are people who spend money in Thailand, and the trend in recent years has been to try to stamp out "Zero Baht tourism", i.e., those who spend hardly any money.

    This is great information. I really do think the 20 year Elite Superiority Extension is a great deal, considering that the 10 year O-X retirement visa requires something like 3 million baht in the bank or 1.8 million in bank plus 1.2 million in yearly income (along with a multitude of other requirements and the hassles of reporting 90 days, extensions, etc.).
    The one thing I was wondering about was being able to work in Thailand on the Elite visa. At time 13:29, it mentions that as long as you are not physically working in Thailand, you can work online. I think this is one of those grey areas and not something I am too sure about, though I believe there's currently nothing in Thai law that prohibits online work.

      Hi Yanni! Yes I plan to make an updated video about Elite membership. The financial requirement of 800K THB remains for the Non O and Non OA visas, and medical insurance may be required for the Non O visa now as well, depending on where you acquire your Non O visa.
      Non O and Non OA requirements do not affect Elite membership. The requirements and eligibility for Elite remain the same, but the packages and process to get the visa sticker in your passport have changed. I will make a video about this for you very soon Yanni :)

Just make sure you have a cheap onward flight also known as a throw away flight when you first arrive as you have to show that you intend to leave after the first 30 days. After 60 days you will then have to exit Thailand and start again.

    • @ThailandEliteSpecialist
      @ThailandEliteSpecialist  2 года назад

      You don’t lose any time. It’s multiple entry visa with a 1 year length of stay for each entry. You will automatically receive a new 1 year stamp upon each entry, so if you travel more than once per year you never need to be concerned about the 1 year stamp expiry because it will automatically be renewed every time you re-enter Thailand.
      If you stay in Thailand for more than 365 days without leaving then you must receive a new 1 year stamp at your local Immigration office.
