    I looked at his website while listening to the podcast. His program at Esser Ranch was a surprise. It appears juicing is a major program. Dr.Hashmi (nephrologist I listen to would be appalled at that recommendation. Why would you want to lower fiber?

      Make smoothies, keep the fiber and drink the whole plant.

    For me going to the gym is $$$$! Because I need discipline or I won't do it.
